Since last week (been on test e for 6, nearly 7wks) my sleep is crap. I wake up atleast 4 times a night. I go to bed 10 pm and im usually awake till 1/2am. Im also then waking up around 6/7 am wide awake but body is aching slightly due to lack of sleep.
Luckily im on holidays atm so im having an hour nap after my afternoon training but its starting to impact my mood and workouts in a negative way.
I have zma been taking 4 caps before sleeping but it doesnt benefit my sleep :/
Any tips from someone who has had this issue on cycle? Thanks
