10 day DNP cycle, looking for advice!
Before you reply please note, I know this is dangerous, I know I can achieve the same results with working harder and having a better diet. etc etc, I don't wanna hear it.
I just recently finished a bulk, was up 30lbs in 12 weeks, went from 190 to 220
now im looking to go back down the goal is to get under 200
I plan on running:
400mg DNP , 100 mcg T3, 40mg Superdrol (20am-20pm
)
Then a proper PCT afterwards for the Superdrol
150 carbs 190 protein per day
apple and a protein shake after working out
Again do not badger me for using these just give me tips. Experiences and such, diet advice that tailors specifically to DNP, should I run clen as well, etc.

Since you don't want to hear it, I wont get into it. But, since you said you could have a better diet I will say Clen will not be of any benefit. Clen will just give you the shakes and make you feel hot until your body is used to it. But, unless your diet is spot on I never have seen it do a darn thing and is a waste of time in that situation. If your diet is spot on, clen can help a little to lose those final hard to lose pounds. I know this from experience. I have seen it work for people and myself and I have seen it do nothing for people. It has always depended on their diet.

I would start even lower with the DNP and when you think about going up because you feel as it is not working DON'T!! It's to dangerous to risk. You can run a successful cycle. Remember a lot goes a long way and if you run 400mg of DNP can you trust that your source is right on with the correct dose?! Start very low and if you are losing at the lowest, then there is no need to go any higher. keep carbs low and protein high. Drink plenty of water! I would also drop the T3 and Superdrol IMO.

I would remove the dnp and the superdrol...
I would switch it for test/tren .
DNP can kill you in a week...
to be killed by tren thats fast you must want it bad...
superdrol will shut you down so why not make this profitable.
If your diet lack, tren will be far more forgiving than DNP.
with dnp youll feel like shit.
with tren(low dose) side will be minimal.
With DNP/superdrol you will still lose a bit of muscle. with tren you will gain muscle while losing fat.
I know you just finished a cycle, therefor its not safe to take aas(or prohormone) so soon.
but if you are still risking it at least make it worth it...
You are risking your well being on dnp and your HPTA with superdrol.
and your muscle with T3+DNP with so few anabolics.
at least with test/tren/T3 you only risking your hpta with more benefit.
do whatever you want but there is better alternative to dnp.

OP you are 18. Step away from the dangerous compounds and learn to eat and train naturally before you either kill yourself or just fvck yourself up for the future.

Its so scary that at 18 your even thinking about a DNP , if you take to much you literally cook yourself alive .
DNP is no joke , screw the part ' I know its bad I dont want to hear it '

Ive been doing alot of research on the subject of DNP partner. Theres an awesome accumulation of articles in this forum that you will find helpful. One thread in partcular entitled "DNP (2,4-Dinitrophenol) Info" by SV-1. I tried to post the link but I guess since im so new here, the forum wouldnt allow me. Look this thread up bro, its great. Research well before you put it in your body that way you can make an educated decision. Ive never done the stuff and w that lack of experience I would never recommend anyone chance their health w it, id hate to have it on my conscience if someone harmed themselves by my advice. I will however say that through personal research ive determined that if I were to ever have a solid and reliable source of the product I would like to attempt 200mg ed for two weeks on and one week off.... (I know shame on me) God bless brother, be smart be safe...

This aint what u wanna here but brother but dont do it man... At 18 you should be a monster w a natural reservoir of killer cardio energy in that gym... You can acheive your goal w out that stuff especially at 18 bro... Dang....

I don't understand what you're going for here either.. as kel said, why on earth would you want to gain that much just to lose 90% of it and come less than net 10lbs from where you started from in the first place.. it just plain silly. Think about it. There are better ways to do it, with much less risk. You're fvcking 18.. you could put on 10 lbs of lean mass through diet and training .... easily.
If I sound like I'm coming down on your man its becuase I am.. you're seriously going to fvck yourself up, if you haven't already.
Don't be a hot headed kid who's listening to some asswipe friend who thinks they know what they're talking about. Take it from the members here, you're not headed in the right direction with the way you're using and certainly not at your age.
