    Painful after injection

    So I've just recently done my third injection. First two went off fine, pretty sore for a few days but nothing weird. Rotated from right leg to left, and then on the third back to right. What I assume the problem is, is that I injected close to the initial spot, which caused for a looot of pain today. In general should I be fine just injecting in a slightly different spot?

    you need to rotate injection sites. I wouldn't be pinning even close to the last spot you pinned. If you are pinning quads you can get good separation without being close to your last injection spot

    How many inches roughly away would you say is good?

    on your quad you should be able to separate pinning sights at least 2 inches. Google it there is a ton of info out there on recommended injection sites

    Why not use a completely different site? There are plenty of places to inject.

    - lateral left/right delts
    - rear left/right delts
    - left/right glutes
    - left/right traps
    - left/right lats
    - left/right medial/lateral biceps
    - left/right medial/lateral triceps
    - left/right pecs
    - left/right hamstrings

    Seriously, so many places to inject. Why is this even a question?
