    Question about clenbuterol

    I am starting a 2 month cycle of Clen , My questions are do I need a liver cleanse with this and if so, what do you recommend I take ? Do I also need a pct when I am finished . I have been reading the post on this and am unclear on how to cycle this stuff. I will go 2 weeks on and 2 off. I am new so I will start low and step up the daily mcg. how much mcg is 1 tablet equivalent to so I can plan how to cycle this. I understand from reading the educational forum at the top that potassium and taurine intake is essential and water is very essential . Is there anything I am missing on how to cycle clenbuterol safely?

    Your liver will be fine and it depends what mcg your tablets are. Many different dosages around but 20mcg is the normal. 2 on 2 off is a good protocol and the rest you got in order

    BIB's question is very relevant, OP - please chime in on that info so we can give you the correct guidance here.

    Generally, and again this depends on how you answer BIB's question, clen is run on a 2 week on and 2 week off protocol (unless you're running keto simultaneously).

    Ramping up is recommended - most start with 20 and work their way up to 100 or 120mcg.

    Again, I have no idea if clen is for you, not knowing your stats, but for general information purposes... there you go.

    Tailor it to your own needs , maybe 40 is to much for you to start on etc . Make sure to have taurine , its cheap on amazon 3-5 grams seems good .

    There's really no way to cycle clen safely. Think about it, anything that gives you shakes, elevates your bp, cause cramps everywhere.... Clen is really used to trim down last few lbs, if need be.

    Mehh I disagree , a healthy person , with the right diet , with a decent training regime can utilize clen just fine .

    Bp and cramps can be monitored daily and can be stabalised . As for the shakes ... You cant make a ommlette without cracking a few eggs ... Although you can split the dose to minimise it

    I completely agree with cracking the eggs, but what's wrong with proper diet and nutrition? If people have the mentality that, there's a cure all, than they're already fighting a losing battle.

    Nothing is wrong with proper diet and nutrition , it would be the most sensible thing to do . I was just responding saying IF you educate before medicate , and your a healthy person , good diet and gym , then clen is a helping hand .

    There is no cure all , but there is aid . Steroids will make you big , but so will a suitable diet and decent gym routine .

    Clen and t3 will make you loose weight , but so will a diet and gym .

    People arent all here for a cure , but in my eyes if your educated , and healthy , a help in hand makes things easier , and amplifies effects .

    how much taurine would you supplement with clen ?

    The way I did it, I took 1000mg 3 times a day morning lunch and supper. Defiantly helped I've taken it without taurine and the shin splints made cardio and legs really hard.

    So AG does 1000mg 3x a day! Anyone else do something different or have anything to add?
