Big weight loss in 1 month!?

Hi - many of you will think I am an absolute idiot for attempting/asking about this but here goes. I am 29 310lbs and decided to make a life style change and lose some (a lot of weight) - now here is the short story , I have a very crazy, very very rich friend who said he will put up 100k$$ if I can lose 50lbs in 1 month... We have been friends for years and I have seen him make stupid bets like this before, he pays up if he loses.

So my question is, apart from diet and excersice are there are steroids or fat burners that could help actually do this/ help... Of course I will be eating well and working out 24/7 to try win this! Thanks

At that weight steroids would be extremely hazardous. Increased blood pressure, hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipidemia, would be primary risks and due to increased adipose you probably have elevated serum estrogen. Steroids aren't designed for the weight loss you seek.

Good old fashion cardio and caloric restriction are your tools of use.

    Welcome,

No one really cares about this bet your friend made. But yes, it can be done. Not healthy, whatsoever, but it can be done. It can be done without any aids.

It takes a deficit of around 3500 calories to lose 1 pound.

to lose 50 lbs in 30 days you would need to have a calorie deficit of 175,000 calories.

You need to figure out your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE), this quantifies the number of calories you burn in a day.

Figure this out and work from there, basically its going to be very unhealthy/starving yourself AND exercising.

    Good luck!

Cut off the limb that is least important to you.

Seriously, eat about 1800 calories a day and do cardio every day even if all you can do is walk 60 minutes. I personally wouldn't lift heavy because you don't want to add muscle for the weight although you'll add some. The last 20-25 pounds can be lost by fasting and cutting weight the last 24 hours or so. Look up weight cutting for wrestlers or MMA.

Find out how you can do it safely by doing a shitload of research. Saltwater baths and Saunas but 100K isn't worth shutting down your kidneys and dying. What I am saying, this isn't healthy at all but I would give it a hell of a unhealthy try for $100K.

IMO, at your weight, a little bit of DNP would make 50 pounds extremely easy.

...It will also increase your risk of heart attack exponentially

    you decide

^^*Hopefully that was just sarcasm. He needs diet and exercise, not dinitrophenol.

for 100k, it don't matter what he needs. It matters what works.

That's not the kind of thing that is encouraged around here. 50 lbs in one month is an average of 12.5 lbs per week and 1.6 lbs per day. Even AAS could not accomplish that. Even if he accomplished half of that he runs the risk of dangerously low potassium levels, lethargy, low test, inability to regulate body temperature which can lead to heart problems. Is your life worth $100,000 is the question.

Of course it matters. Don't recommend a toxic compound when that's not what he needs.

I guess I shouldn't expect anything less from a 21 year old who puts a lousy 100K above health.

To the op if your friend is really your friend he would be more concerned about health. Ask him for 2 months or even 3. And i personal dont think you will be able to drop more then a pound aday.

The "friend" is making a wager. I think the point for the friend is the adrenaline received from putting someone up to a near impossible challenge. 3 months is too realistic of a challenge.

30 days is that line where if you were willing to risk your health, it may be possible. You also may fall short and risk your health and get jack shit.

My ending thoughts on it - lose weight and get healthy and forget about the money. The extra lifespan that you give yourself for being fit over being obese will easily gain you an extra $100K in income. You shouldn't need some carrot waving in front of your face to want to better yourself. This may be your friends way of telling you that you are physically a mess and need to improve your life.

    Well... tempting offer indeed...

In my opinion, taking some short term health risk for that may worth it depending on who you are...

DNP would probably do wonder but SERIOUS research would need to be done before taking it... I mean like 6 month of intense research because that shit can kill you fast... and longterm issue arent well known(from what ive read). Having money is useless if you are dead...

I would do a small trick. before you weight yourself(for the reference weight).
Eat ALOT of salt and sugar(the goal is too make you bloated and retain lots of water)(watch your Blood pressure if too high takes viagra/cialis it will hep reduce it)
Plus, you could try to take corticosteroids or anything that can make you constipated... with that you can easely put on 10-15 weight in less than one week.( you will feel like total shit...) And in one week dropping it all with no effort...

In the last days, fast(don't eat), and limit your water intake, take laxatif. It will help you lose some more weight.

It would already gives you an edge.

    Now about drugs talk...
If the goal is strickly losing weight(losing weight is useless, losing fat is important), but weight loss...
I would see T3 being your best bet.

    75mcg daily(Catabolics but efficient...)

However it is extremely catabolic when used without steroids . Expect losing lots of muscle.

Eat arround 1500-2000 cals daily, do at least 1 hours cardio daily. Drink plenty of water, except for the last 2-3 days.

Health issue that can occur during doing that...
    Not much honestly...
Of course during the beginning you'll feel like shit and your blood pressure may be throught the roof but its so short lived that you should not worry about it.

T3 will make you lose LOTS OF MUSCLE... lots of weight too.
Health wise it's not that bad, but physics wise you may not look better after it...

Still keep a close eye on your blood pressure, If too high take cialis 5-15 mg daily.

I say go for it, but if you do it for 1 month and stop everything. you are sure to gain everything back, with less muscle than when you started...

Also I would advise to see a doctor and get bloodwork done, because that kind of regimen can be detrimental to your testosterone level... Of course its short lived but still, better safe than sry.

    Good luck...

Not healthy at all...but for 100k this is what I'd do....

    T3/Clen /Tren /Test

Eat barely anything but only protein. Keeping calories under 1000 per day. Run the T3 100mcg per day, tren as high as you can go while surviving, test somewhere around 250-500 per week, Clen as high as you can go up to 200mcg.

You will feel like death...you will possibly force yourself for lifelong TRT....you may end up in the hospital....but how bad do you want 100k?

OP you shouldn't take any AAS, it'll probably cause more harm than good beings you don't have any experience or knowledge with them. At your weight/bf % you're asking for problems. The only shortcut I can see working out in your benefit is if you do some sort of water prep. If you haven't started this yet and still need to weigh in, chug water before you go. You'll piss out whatever you drink within that day. As chugging excessive amounts of water can be unhealthy, I wouldn't push yourself too much.

Excessive weight loss in such a short period of time almost always leads to weight gain immediately afterwards. If you're looking to change your weight permanently then I would suggest you change the lifestyle you're living to accommodate your goals.

Lol you think dropping 50lbs in 3months is too realistic?? Dropping 4 pounds aweek for 12 weeks is not easy. You have to eat a deficit of 1800 calories aday.

This pretty much sums it up. He isn't going to pay out 100k. I could see you losing maybe 40 lbs using the trick of getting bloated up before start, and cutting water at the end, with some fat loss and muscle loss in middle. To lose 50 lbs though in that short time has already been said it is just plain stupid, and doesn't solve anything long term for you, especially since you aren't getting any 100k. Don't let people control you, if he legitimately cared and had spare cash, he would offer you something like 1000 to lose like 50 lbs this year.

Exactly. DNP is nothing to mess with. Look it up if you dont believe us. It is toxic.

T3 maybe. No way any aas/steroids because it will make you gain muscle = gain weight. Steroids do not make you burn fat. Exercise and diet.

Drink water only, coffee is the only exception. ZERO pop. Diet is even worse than normal soda. No junk, no chips, cut out all or at least most all bread.

What do you have to give him if you loose?

I wouldn't call someone bribing me into doing something stupid and dangerous a friend. I not only wouldn't take his bet, I would stop hanging out with him. Anyway, $100K only seems like a lot of money when you don't have it. It's very easy to spend that and have not much to show for it.

Not that I am recommending this, and I think you should listen to the advice given in the serious replies, have you looked into phentermine? You can obtain this by a doctor if you are deemed obese, which we all know, that if you have 50lbs to lose, I'm sure you would qualify, no offense.
