Recommend body fat percent before starting a cycle
I was wondering what the draw backs are to starting a cycle, if there are any, at around 20% bf? IF there is not any draw backs (I'm sure there are) is there a recommended stack or certain type I should be considering? I obviously want to get my bf down and I'm working on that.
This would be my first cycle.
