Inconsistent workout due to baby and work. Need advice

    I'm 35
    5'9
    183

    I'm on trt:
    80 mg cyp/week shot subq 40mg 2xw
    .25mg anastrozole 2xw
    Hcg .25 iu 2xw

    I'm on hgh
*only taking for long term general health benefit/fat loss and shoulder and back healing*
    I'm in month 4.5
I ran 2iu omni pharm for 4 months
    Now I'm running:
    3iu omni pharm 5 on 2 off
    100mcg t4

Ok so I've had a full shoulder repai 2 years ago and only have 80% on my right shoulder

    I also have 2 bulging disks c5 c6

So I cannot lift much. I do 8 sets of chest and back per week very light weight. I do arms once per week. I try to do cardio 5xw

I have an 8 month old who wakes up at 530 daily. I have to take him to daycare at 630 then go ton work. I try to hit gym at noon but I am a real estate agent so sometimes I'm too busy. I get home at 630 and have limited family time.

To those who've experienced this, advice? I get bummed when I go 2-3 days with no workout. I am on the phones from 8-11 daily and use resistance bands.

Can anyone share some insight as to how to make this work? Is it mindset? Discipline?

My goal is to be 165lbs and shredded. I don't want bulk at all

    Thanks

As long as I'm being honest my diet is totally inconsistent. I would like to stay on a plant based diet if possible

I'm in the same boat I have a 4 yr old and a 3 month old... 4 yr old only has day care 3 days a week... I work 2 days on 2 days off.. I don't like going to gym at night cuz it gets in the way of family time. .. going real early a few times a week and one late day has gotten me thru it.. good luck man

Cable workouts at home or even at your office desk when you cant hit the gym? Ironmind has great incremental cables.
