What do you guys think?
I'm 36, do you think I've got a decent enough base to try AAS?

Solid base. How did you come up with 13% bf? Bod pod?

Them callipers arnt really accurate. I would say your more 15 and up. If your diet is in check and you got your cycle planned out correctly I don't see why not

I think we need to get DSM and Shol'va to evaluate this post.

Not going against anything the above has said. But your base is fine. Your done your research. Your got a good foundation. I don't think you need others to decide if your body right or not. Only thing. And I don't no if it even bothers you is your bf. I don't think it 13. More around 16-18. Not best picture tho. Other then that, of you want to cycle. Do it. Just make sure your pct is correct and you run hcg and a a.i.

I like the trimmed chest but hate the fact you didn't make the bed behind you before you took the picture.

Clarkey, with the limited picture, I'd say between 15-20%. Below 15% the Adonis belt (V shape below lower abs) starts to emerge. You certainly don't look above 20% unless you are carrying more weight in your back and/or legs but most men don't retain much fat in legs or back unless they are obese.
Based on your training Hx, I would have no problem with you planning a single ester cycle in the near future. Have you thought about specific goals on the first run? Cut? Add LBM?
Remember to post a nutrition plan to drive that success!
Looking good and you're off to a great start.Last edited by MuscleInk; 02-10-2014 at 08:19 AM.

Can't stand that Seid fvcker but anyway lol...
I think you are 15% or more I can't tell on the lighting. You have a good base tho. What are your goals. You may not need aas. Your pretty big naturally judging by your stats

Goals are mainly focused on strength, and mass at this point. I'd like to spend this year bulking up, then next spring cut down to 10-12% bf. looking for gradual, lasting gains rather than just blowing up.

I think so - but have you tried losing weight a bit before you being AAS? Not saying you are FAT!!! Cos you have good base but just to be trimmed up a bit more before starting.

nope u must have at least 20yrs serious training before even considering the realm of AAS, I have counted every micro/macro carb fat and protein for the past several years and haven't missed a workout in 8 years and I am 27yrs old and 6ft tall 320lbs at 5% bf and I am nowhere near my genetic potential.
