Clen Max Dossage
should i stay 120mcg as a maximum,or should i dose depend on side effect?
if no side effect should i go 140-160mcg or should i stay at 120mcg?

So this means you have concluded that your diet is working as intended which we asked for in the Nutrition Section?
I would not at any point exceed 100mcg but that is just me!

I personally do not go over 120. The sides that can cause damage might not be noticeable until a doc tells you someday. I would not push it.

yes,i done my diet right,i split into 3 meals instead now,might not as full as 2 meals,but atleast i wont starve anymore.
maybe still have little problem with Fats,but i will try to find a way to cut down my fat intake for a littlebit more...
eating 2kcal for few days no problem [1000kcal deficit]. Thanks!

Ive done 140 for one day ( last day , after 4 days at 120mcg) had no different sides to 120 , but as others have said , dont ramp up loads

Cycle your clen on and off. If you feel the need to go over 120mcg because you're not getting the results you're looking for then you should look into your cardio routine and diet. Not upping your clen.

Yeah most guys say 120mcg is max but my 2 week clen cycle I was just on I worked up to 140mcg. I only did that the last 2 days of my cycle. Blood pressure looked the same as 100mcg or 120mcg. But I wouldn't take more than 140, personally. Being safe 120 is a good max point.

Really depends on the person. I can handle 200mcg for few weeks easily. Going to try 300mcg eventually so I guess that would be my 'max'. But just an example, as some people feel unstable at 20-40mcg. I like 2 weeks on at a time. With monitoring of BP, bloods, and by how you feel overall.

Also depends on where the clen came from and if its dosed right. Since this ur first time using clen, you have nothing to compare with. Ive had clen that i could hit 200 but others would almost kill me to hit 120

My max I went up to a 180mcg for a week, but I wouldn't cross 140 now just because of health concerns.. Plus I got a pre history of myocarditis at age 12 leading to a heart arrhythmia so I wouldn't push it personally.

I just don't think clen is worth running at such high doses tbh. the fat loss you get out of it is more your diet and training, yes clen will help, but its not like im running a steroid or anything so how much it will help isn't that much but the sides increase as you increase dosage, less is more IMO when it comes to this compound.

A quick search on the site do indeed show people who have been running 300mcg+/ed of Clenbuterol . I am going to assume that just because you can not see all sides they might still occur inside the body!

wow! i would never go above 200mcg,that's too risky unless you do health screening once or twice a week.
by the way guys,i did 6mph cardio for 30min just now,heart rate went to 165bpm average,170bpm at peak,safe?
the clen i bought was 100 tablets,so which mean,i still had to buy another bottle to finish my 1st 8 weeks cycle,
so should i stay on same brand,or i can try different brand? kinda want to try different brand tho,
i'm taking Mavilex now,wanted to try Keifei.
3rd day on clen,im pretty happy with clen tho,motivate me alot,no shakey hand,no cramp[haven't took taurine yet,should be arrive by tomorrow],sleep well now,slightly better energy,no strength gain,slightly headache after workout[doesn't even need painkiller].Last edited by 94brian; 02-12-2014 at 08:49 AM.

what you mean not ready? i bet they're alot of people don't use taurine while on clen ,altho i haven't get any muscle cramp,but i still ordered it.i mean,side effects are so little,its a 1st sign that it's working alright right?

I just want to point out, that if you are using research clen you will see a variance in your perceived tolerance due to under and over dosed product. I try to stick to one supplier, so I know "100 mcg" is "100 mcg". In general I ramp to sides are too much then leave it there. NOW, I will say I have not used clen in some time as albuterol will get the job done without nearly as many sides.

I won't do clen again, but in the past went up to 120mcg, never above, and felt goood at 80mcg wtih keto.

I don't use clen anymore but I have done loads of the stuff. I would keep ramping the dose up until I feel sides. Varies depending on the individual so go by how you feel imho but always make sure Cardio and diet are in order

oh shiet...my wrist joint had injured while i was playing guitar yesterday guess i will stop lifting and just do cardio
