assistance needed for a bro on cycle... (post #1)

fellaz as u all know (well maybe not) but i am on cycle # 3 rite now weighin in around 220ish at 6'3 about 8-9% bf


i am in almost week 5 (3 more days) i am up a couple pounds...strength doing very nicely...

i am about to start fina on thursday....

my cycle is

weeks 1-10 test 500mg
weeks 5-12 fina eod 75 mg

I am trying to get up to around 230 and then cut 5 lbs of fat

i am bulking so as to eating almost whatever i wnt and watching myself somewhat...but cals are indeed the goal...

now when i cut i plan to use eca what par tof the cycle should i use it for and how long?? what cna i do to help achieve my reuslts and any other advice or knowledage bout yself i will let ya know...
