missed the muscle on injection

I saw someone else just posted a similar question, but I didn't want to hijack his thread. Anyway, I did deadlifts yesterday, and injected 1 ML test this morning in right glute. My back was still sore from yesterday, so I was looking forward instead of twisting to watch the needle (mistake). Long story short, now I've got a big bruised lump under my skin. I understand that this will go away by itself, but will the test absorb usefully into my body, or should I inject some more, and pay more attention this time.

It will absorb. Don't add more. Take better care on procedure next time.

you should be fine. maybe u didnt go deep enough and you injected in the fatty tissue. sit on a heating pad, spread that oil. it will assimilate. and as your body grows its gonna get hard to turn and look so try looking in a mirror when u pin.
