    Peptides or HGH

    Hello everybody,
    I am 18,
    I have been lifting weights since i was 14 and i also like to do a lot of running.I also play rugby. (socially)
    My bench personal best is 150kg (330 pound)
    My Squat personal best is 170kg (375 pound)
    My Deadlift Personal best is 215kg (470 pound).
    My Body fat percentage is 10.9% and i am 91kg.
    I want to increase my strength and endurance, and at the same time not have the side effects of steroids . So would anyone recommend Peptides or HGH? Also what dose? And what are the side effects?

    Use your OWN natural hormone production to your advantage. You need nothing but the right DIET,,TRAINING,,SLEEP and tons of DEDICATION!!!

    These guys are exactly right. One of the reasons you do not do steroids too young, a few more years in your case, is because you're still growing. Your body is still figuring itself out so to speak and your hormone levels are very conducive to gaining good muscle weight. Peptides and HGH alter your natural hormone production, in different ways, but they still do it so I would say stay away from them for awhile. Your natural HGH should be much higher than mine is anyway.

    If you find you aren't gaining like you should then take a step back, do further research, and analyze the effectiveness of your workout routine and diet. You have all you need to improve right now. If you are wondering when a good time to start taking substances like these then go to the doc and get an x-ray and check to see if your growth plates ave fused. If you are against that or Obamacare has hurt you deeply then I would say play it safe and wait til 24, maybe 22.

    Your personal bests do not really help us much, try posting height, weight, and bf% to give us a better idea of the shape you are in but in this instance it won't change my advice. Let us know what you plan on doing.
