Is clenbuterol Safe to take without Taurine??

Okay, the place where I'm situated does not sell taurine anywhere.. I understand it can be brought over the counter... but I've searched everywhere with no success. ....

Will consuming redbull instead of taurine be okay?

Any other alternatives for Taurine??

Well, the taurine will save you from cramping pains but I reckon it isn't going to make or break your results. Don't know where you've been looking but they should have it in any health store, just ask at the front desk.
In terms of the red bull, I'm not 100% but I would recommend against it, pretty sure I read on here the caffeine also binds to beta receptors and will dull the effects of the clen . Although, some people do caffeine pre-workout to give themselves a boost.

Redbull contains 0.4%/100ml of Taurine so forget about that one.

Also note that Taurine levels will decrease in the heart with Clenbuterol supplementation which is not a good thing so running a cycle without Taurine (3mg/ed) would not be recommended!

First of all, you can run clen with out Taurine but I don't recommend it. You cramp like a ball. I buy Taurine off of Ebay. I buy a bag of bulk and take 5g, at least, a day while I'm on Clen.

I'm currently taking the monster energy drink it contains 400mg taurine per 100ml. And it's a 475 ml drink. So, it's close to 2g of taurine.

Is this sufficient?

Just go out and buy some from a store like GNC for like ten dollars. Yeah energy drinks have taurine but they have a ton of bad ingredients like sugar as well. That's like eating a pizza for the protein in the pepperoni.

"IF" there is 2g of Taurine in the Monster you should be fine downing two or three of them a day. But it's going to be cheaper to just buy the damned supplement. Crap Amazon has 1000mg pills 250 ct for $22. A LOT cheaper than those chemical shit storm energy drinks.

I wouldn't use energy drinks to supplement taurine while on clen . You will need to drink at least 2 per day, that isn't really healthy as is. I have taken clen without taurine it sucked. My feet would cramp up at night my middle back would cramp. Just order some taurine online, I'm sure you bought your clen online.

Agreed with above posts. Stop waisting money on worthless energy drinks that are loaded with sugar you do NOT need. Taurine supplements can be found in almost every nutrition store and can easily be resourced online.

Get that crap (energy drink) out of your diet.

in korea we can get sugarfree energy drinks with like 2g of taurine. im using albuterol, not clen , and usually take 1 or 2 per day...... will the caffine have any effect on beta-2 receptors? ie, dilute the effects of the albuterol?
