    Welcome to the community.

It's in your best interest to wait until you drop your body fat down. It's entirely too high for cycling as you'd be faced with a host of complications, and managing your health would be cumbersome.

    Best of luck to you.

I knew someone was gunna say that I'm aware I'm a little high on the scale but I've kinda let myself slide recently and just started eating right again and training hard so that being said I'm hoping this cycle I've laid out is going to speed up the process I an on startin this cycle in the next 9 days

It won't speed up the process. It will result in a host of complications, as I said earlier. Counterproductive.

Postpone the cycle. Drop the bf. Why waste good gear when you're not at an ideal weight? There's no over night magic.

Austinite wouldn't have made the suggestion if he didn't think it wasn't in your best interest. Moreover, if you knew that was going to be the popular response, then why not do what is recommended?

Mainly because I'm eager to start cycling again and the main complication I've researched is gyno but running adex with my cycle should take care of that no?

Just do what you want, Larameee. You asked for advice and you're just going to reject everything until someone tells you what you want to hear.

Gynecomastia is the least of your worries.

So hypertension and hyperlipidemia, factors that affect cardiac function and are linked to many diseases.....those aren't concerns of yours? These conditions are risks even when body fat is low with anabolic use and greater when bf is higher.

Be eager to do it right. You let yourself slip. Do the work to get your bf back in appropriate ranges THEN cycle. Do you want good results or great results????

Not on hand or from my phone. I've been practicing medicine for 18 years. I've seen the best and worst of what people have done on anabolics.

I appreciate your help if I were to go ahead with this cycle heeding your warnings will I see some considerable fat loss?( keeping diet and workouts incheck) And are there any supplements I could take to lower the risks of these complications?

I find with anavar , anytime I'm above 15%, the results are minimal. Slight hardening of muscles, additional strength, but no real change in LBM for me. Same with masteron , my favorite anabolic - anything above 12% does not yield noticeable improvement.

My wife ran an anavar cycle twice. The first was 10mg. There wasn't too much of a change. Her second cycle was 25mg. BP was noticeably elevated from baseline measurements, her libido was up, and her LFTs were all elevated at 25mg. She leaned down more on the 25mg BUT in her second cycle I put her on a strict diet to facilitate results. She was tiny to begin with though (5'4, 115lbs at start of 2nd cycle).

There are supplements. Arginine, citruline, red rice yeast, Cholestoff Plus, krill oil, resveratrol, and niacin will help with BP and lipid metabolism.

Again, I appreciate your enthusiasm but IMO, if you cut your caloric intake to 500-700 cals below your TDEE and hit 45-60mins of cardio daily for a 2 months, you'll be in a better range for var to do its job.

I think Anavar should not be ran for more than 6-8 weeks from what I have read online.

Can someone chime in on this.
