    taking the next step

Hello all.. I've been lifting for 17 years and I feel that it's finally time to start looking into going this route. I'm 34 years old and am 175 pounds with about 10% body fat. I've been on TRT for about 3 years at 200mg of test cyp per week. I lift 4 to 5 times per week and do cardio about 3 times per week. I'm 5"7 so I don't want to get too bulky and I don't want people at work to notice me getting too big too fast. I ordered some Anavar to add to my test after doing a bit of research and hope that it will be a good start. Any suggestions

Welcome, and I have a question or two. What is it you hope to achieve with this cycle? Do you feel like you could achieve this without cycling through diet and training?

I believe I have maxed out my potential naturally and feel like I'm just spinning my wheels going the way I'm going. I'd like to put on about 10-15 pounds of lean mass.

ok, Lets talk about a cycle then. Do you plan on running the test higher? TRT is good for maintenance but IMO you're not going to see much by adding anavar alone, Maybe 5lbs of lean mass over the course of an 8 week cycle of var. If you're already on TRT, PCT won't be an issue, so I'd say bump up to 500mg a week of test, within a few weeks you're test levels should be 4k or more. Run that for 10-12 weeks. Might wanna warn your doc. Possibly kickstart it all with 4-6 weeks of anavar 50-80mg a day.

Might want to consider doubling you TRT for 10-12 weeks and use the var the last four weeks before returning to your TRT. Your BF is good at 10%. If you train hard eat right with some calories over tdee you will put on some muscle. 10 lbs lean should be easy and maintaining 5lbs should be a piece of cake. Or rather some extra chicken.

Okay I'll up my test for the cycle and see how I respond. I'm hoping that I'll be able to keep all of the gains I make and I'm sure that if I like how I respond to this first cycle I'm gonna want to introduce something else into my second.
