    b12 methylcobalamin

    Have 10ml b12 methyl 5000mcg/ml. What is a good beginning dose? And is injectable b12 done everyday?

    Will pre workout still be necessary while supplementing b12?

    Any help appreciated. Thanks

    I used it at 1/2 ml EOD, As far as pre workouts? What do you expect from b12? It only aids in the conversion of food to energy. Its not like caffeine which doesn't provide energy, it actually alters the way your brain perceives fatigue.

    B12 isn't going to be a substitute for a pre workout.

    From what I read it sounds like its good stuff. It just mentioned increased energy. I hit the gym 4am before work so I was sold. I move more iron at work than at the gym.
