If i did my math right my BMR is 1664 and my TDEE is about 2400. I'm looking to trim down my bf to about 10-12 before i hop on but loose too much more weight. I have 1 cycle under my belt of test cyp , 250mg at twice a week for 10 weeks and pct nolv-clom 40/40/20/20/20 (done about 4 months ago) I got some good gains but not a very clean diet while on. I got a little more flabby then expected. (mc donalds didn't help) lol. This time I'm looking to do it different. Im looking to eat the same way i am now just more of it. maybe up the cal to about 2700-2800 (CLEAN)but i hope this meal plan is a good base…….. any input would be helpful… the next cycle will be test/dec. I'm still doing my research on this tip of stack. i was looking at 300mg test twice a week and 250mg of dec once a week for 10 weeks with the same pct as the first cycle. i don't know if I'm fighting a loosing battle with trying not to get that bloated look from the deca ……lol.

question #1 how does my diet look now for trimming down the bf (not weight)

#2 how does my diet look as a good guide line while on the next cycle
#3 is upping my cal 300-400 (clean) enough while on the next cycle
#4 any thought about the dos of the next cycle
#5 am i just kidding my self with trying to avoid the bloated look from the deca

any and all input would be appreciated….. ill try and load some picks to verify current bf..
