    Tren Ace - cardio killer

Hi guys. Just wondered if any of you have experienced the same on low dose of tren . I am currently near the end of week 3 of test prop 100mg p/w and tren ace 250 mg p/w (pinning EOD)
I know tren negatively impacts on cardio capabilities but read that this usually happens at higher dosed and that by keeping doses low the decrease would be negligible. I understand that everyone reacts differently and some experience heightened sensitivities to various sides of AAS compounds but cardio has become near impossible - well compared to what I usually do.
I only do cardio once per week but run 30 mins at 12 k/h with inclines thrown in at various stages and a two minute sprint finish. My first attempt in week 1 saw me short of breath at the 3 minute mark with my legs feeling like lead and incredible pain in my shins. I can usually run through pain but have never experienced anything like that and it stopped my session at only 7 minutes in. I have tried once since with the same result so am reduced to fast walking instead.
I also have ridiculous back pumps that nearly stopped my leg training last week.
I am experiencing great gains otherwise - my body has changed so much in these 3 weeks that people at the gym are noticing and commenting on how defined my muscles look which is great so the trade off is definitely worth it. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this at this dosage.

    Cheers

yes tren of any kind effects my cardio a lot...I still do it but its difficult...I find if I take a small dose of clen (40mcg) it dilates my lungs enough to make the breathing easier but to be honest im out of breath taking tren just climbing a small set of stairs...

Yeah, that is just one of the downsides of tren for those who love cardio related activities. Good luck and enjoy the benefits though. Once your off, you can get back to the cardio.

Cheers buddy. Does this negative cardio output diminish immediately upon cessation of tren , or is it a gradual improvement taking weeks to return to optimal fitness levels?

It gradual and dose dependent, higher the dose the more suppressed your breathing will be.

I don't do cardio precontest. Tren and diet will burn the shit out of fat.
