    first cycle!

    hi guys
this will be my first injectable cycle im 35 5f11 195 at 15 bf ive being lifting around 2 years but seriously the last year coupled with a really clean diet I work off a 6 day split which is 2 on 1 off and same again so I start again on day 7 which is working
good for me I couldn't tell you what my lifts are as I work of 8-12 rep and never try maxing for 1! I would ideally like to stay around my current weigh but drop bf.
    week 1-12:400 mg test e
    week 1-12:hcg 250 iu 2xweek
    week 1-14:arimedex e3d
    week 14-18:clomid 75/50/50/50
    nolva 40/20/20/20
ive had my blood work done everything is fine I plan on doing it again around week 7&22
I also plan on doing sub q injections I understand that will be more frequent jabbing because I can only do around half a cc at a time but the smaller needle is what I really want to do.what do you guys think?

What does your meal plan look like? This is the hardest part! Training and gear are easy but without the correct nutrition its almost impossible to meet your goals

How many meals ed are you eating and how spread apart are they? I stay away from bread unless it is Ezekiel because of all the garbage in it.

I would class it as 6 meals but the egg whites and 2 pieces of wholegrain bread NO butter is eating when I get up wit my black coffee of course! then when I get to work I eat my oatmeal about one hour later then every 21/2 I eat one of my B rice chicken&veg meals.its pretty basic but very easy to prep and I can eat cold too

I would trade out that bread for either oatmeal or Ezekiel. Basic is fine as long as you like what you eat
