Need some help with a cycle

Hi There i Have 120 x 5mg Dianabol, 100 x 50mg oxymethalone and 10 x 1ml amps of deca 100 a ml and 10 x 250mg amps of sustanon and 15 novaldex tabs! which should i start using and when? in which order to use them would be most appreciated!! as i don't no if you can take both orals at the same time? could someone please make a cycle up from what i have as i limited knoledge thanks

Avoid steroids right now. To get the most out of them, you need to have built a solid base with sound nutrition. Head on over to the nutrition and the training section. Get your diet where it needs to be. As for training, Google a good beginner's workout where you'll learn the basic compound lifts and be able to focus on form.

5 weeks is not long enough to build anything appreciable. In fear that you will probably use them too early, I don't feel comfortable advising you on steroid usage.

Berty, Put the steroids on a shelf and wait another two years. You need time to build your foundation. Your emphasis right now should be on training and nutrition and staying committed to those for two years. It takes time for your connective tissue (tendons and ligaments) to become stronger. Taking steroids now and adding muscle too rapidly will increase the load on your connective tissue which could result in strains or tears that could take months to heal. Steroids will not help your connective tissue grow and it is essential you strengthen these areas to avoid serious injury. Steroids are the finishing touches to a long term commitment to training and eating. You need to build a strong base from consist training (at least two years) and know how to eat because growth comes from food NOT steroids. If you don't know how much to eat to grow (it needs to be more than your TDEE), steroids will NOT compensate for a poor nutrition plan. You are jumping the gun here. Steroids are not a quick fix nor are they the place to start. Work on your training and nutrition for two years and use this time to participate on this forum and learn about proper steroid cycling.

well my friends have done it so I am going to wait 2 months batter in at the gym then take them i just want to know do which is the best way to take them your help is much appreciated!!

either way i am still going to take them and I thank the senior members for there posts i just want to know can you take Anadrol and dianabol at the same time or just stick to one of them? then the injectables your help is most appreciated

You would think at the age of 32 you would have more common sense. What muscleink told you is spot on. Here at these forums we believe in the responsible use of steroids. The fact that you have no training history is enough to advise you against using at this time. You could hurt yourself badly. Take the advice and don't do them because you are no where ready. We can't advise you on a cycle because you should not use. Good luck in whatever you decide.

i will just wait a good six months and build myself up with whey protein and creatine then learn from this? thanks for the advice

Thanks muscleInc i will take that on board and wait 6 months but i have done dianabol deca and sustanon before with good results but that was 5 years ago and i have let myself go a bit and need to bulk then tone up but many thanks for your expert advice
