    Estrogen rebound?

    Finished my cycle a few months ago. Everything went fine. But recently ive noticed my nipples are puffy and my sex drive is much lower. Im also a moany bitch haha. I think im experiencing some sort of estrogen rebound. There is nothing in my system at the moment and I intend to get blood work done. Until then is there anything I can do to lower my estrogen and keep it a bit lower? I don't have lumps and I definitely dont want to so what shall I do?
