    Strength and endurance from cycle

I understand the strength comes after a month or so from test or injectable and almost immediate from orals. When/does/will endurance increase as well? If so when?

Same questions coming off a cycle. Does strength stay with you until the end of the cycle then slowly taper off or is it gone right away? Endurance the same?

Curious on this as I was selected to represent my country in an international competition - non-tested. Never thought that I needed gear before but now I want an extra edge to push me from one of the pack to a player. My knee is killing me right now - hard to pick it up to jog across the street bad - serious issue in my game. I need the wheels going. Never ran a cycle before so I was thinking I have time for two before comp.

Thinking 2iu hgh 5x7 until competition at 7 months out.

    First cycle in a month
    250mg teste x 10 weeks
    250mg deca x 10 weeks
    40mg Anavar x last 4weeks

Take two months off with pct.

    Second cycle
    250mg test e x 10 weeks
    260mg EQ x 10 weeks
40mg T-bol during week of competition.

I may run albuterol/clen during off cycle or during last cycle. Not really looking to bulk up as im a big guy as it is. Want speed and say about 20-25 seconds high endurance.

    Thoughts?

I stopped when I read about the injury. Don't cycle until that has recovered fully. No point in doing a cycle if you can't train everything. You're stuck leaving out leg day or prolonging/worsening the injury.

Sounds like you might be new to the game. I'd suggest sticking around and learning a bit more before competing. He is right about the injury also. Wait until you are healed.

Currently training all body parts including legs. It was a sprain from jumping jacks in between sets of dumbell lifts. Trying to kick up intensity. Really want to keep nagging injuries down.

This competition only comes around every three years and I want to represent my country proudly.

I understand you want to represent and do well but you really have to weigh the long term consequences. Heck, even the short term consequences include overdoing it and injuring yourself further and just guaranteeing you don't compete. But whether you can continue to work out safely with good intensity is a judgement call you have to make and I won't make it for you.

In order to critique your cycle I need more stats. Height, weight, BF%, training history, age, and what size mattress you sleep on. Although those stats are mostly going to give me a better idea as to whether I think you need to cycle yet or not. First cycles are generally the same for everyone with minor tweaks here and there. You would know exactly what I am going to suggest if you read the right stickies here.

That's fine. I can read them myself and have been. Perhaps I put too much info on the op.

I do not see too much information regarding strength and stamina during cycles and coming off them.

Endurance? Not unless you really know what you're doing. Most steroids will negatively affect aerobic endurance, but will improve anaerobic endurance mainly just by increasing strength, muscle glycogen stores, and ATP.
It sounds like you have no idea what you're doing, so just keep doing what has gotten you this far.

That sounds ok to me. Really need that energy for on average 10-15 seconds and max at 25 seconds really.

    Your right. Lets change this.

Trying to access my records to see if I can get to my blood work that was completed in February. Doctor did a complete check as I was trying to get gh prescribed and was laughed out of there. Was told test was good and thyroid was in good shape as well. I understand doctors have a wide range of what is good numbers.

Thinking of running gh and some clen untill I get my bf down then run some test and maybe something else as well?

Currently picked up some Teragon Test E and Deca but will wait. Also have Tera Nolva, Arimidex , and Anavar . AR-R Clomid and Cialis. Lilly pharma Cialis Novo HCG and gh - not too sure on the gh quality. Will check the hcg soon with a pregnancy test.
