Strange blood pressure levels . could spell trouble. Need some feedback! :(

    Stats:

    Age: 32
    Height: 6"2
Weight: Around 275lbs on a full stomach
Fat %: Dunno, but have slightly visible abs

    Cycles:
    Testo: 700 mg/week
    Masterone: 200 mg/week
    Trenbolone : 200 mg/week
    Dbol : 20 mg a day
    T-bol: 10 mg a day
    Anadrol : 50mg a day
    Insuline: 10 units a day

I don't touch alcohol, nor tobacco or recreational drugs.
I eat fairly clean, but can enjoy a low fat pizza, some candy and soda in the weekends for example. I don't pig out, though.

I have a job as a business man that can be quite stressful, but I do try to keep my work hours to 8-9 hours a day and work effectively, so that I earn a decent $$$ (about $ 250 000 a year) while still being able to work out five days a week and get at least 7 hours of sleep a day.

Some girls give me a high blood pressure, due to insane soap opera kind of drama, but I found a gorgeous Scandinavian one now that doesn't make any veins in my forehead swell to 10 times their normal size. The sound of English spoken with a Russian accent is still enough to raise my blood pressure, though!
Let's just say that I now understand why Russian men love their vodka so much!

My blood pressure now (measured at home with a cuff over my upper arm, not the one around my wrist) gives me a reading of 155-165 over 75-85.
Its the first number that freaks me out a bit, though. My pressure used to be around 140/90.
Some readings give me as high a pressure as 185/95!

When I am fully rested my pulse is about 75 beats per minute, I train cardio and go at it pretty hard for 30-60 minutes (with a pulse of about 130-150) and I do strongman training. Flipping tires, pulling trucks, running with various implements is great cardio, so I assume my general fitness level is pretty good.

What do you guys make of this?

Hmmmm.....tried fitting it hard enough for it to stick without hearing the ripping sound of the velcro being torn apart, yet loose enough for me to slide it on (barely above my elbow) without loosening the velcro.
It now reads 140/78 with a pulse of 94 (my pulse is not this high when I am completely relaxed, I know this as my pulse belt tell me I have to work out for a little while before reaching this number).

    Dbol /drol/test.

You must certainly retaining lots of water, I would increased AI, drop salt, increase water intake, start 10mg of cialis 2x/day.
When its down enought to something more normal(130/80) reduce cialis to 5mg 2x/day.

If still normal, ou could cut it completly or try to return to normal one factor at a time to know which one affect you the most.

Also testing your lipids could help.
With that much compound you could expect to be highly ****ed...

I would take a good 6month of everything(except trt dose of test) clean dieting to bettter lipids value and vital fonction.
I would also try to get ECG or doppler done to verify the status of my heart.(High BP and High rest rate increase the risk of cardiac issue...)

Health wise IMO would be your best bet...

I think you should use BP meds while cycling. Why would you expect to not be hypertensive at your size with all the gear you're using?

The last BP test I did today showed 140/78 which is good. My resting pulse a couple of weeks ago was 74. If these results are correct, then everything should be fine. But since I sometime go past 150-160 on my overpressure, I am bit concerned.

I can't really say that the dose I am on is too high. It's barely over 1 gram a week, which is not that much. It's a potent dose, but most of my competitors seem to take 2-3 greater doses. Usually I am only on 40mg of dbol , but the two weeks before competitions I replace 1 tab of dbol with anadrol .To keep my blood pressure down I have also replaced one dbol with 1 tbol as the latter doesn't give as much water.
I don't hold too much water right now. Don't have that puffy look. I would think maybe 5lbs of water right now.

    Why cialis?

Now itS 149/76 with a pulse of 85 and I was got home from walking the dog for an hour or so. Not exactly a marathon, but enough to raise the blood pressure and resting pulse at least a little.
Measured it again with the cuff a little tighter: 137/69 with a pulse of 83. Hmmm....I must be doing something wrong when fitting the cuff or something. Either that or my overpressure is a freakin' roller coaster!

Depends on your home BP machine. I checked mine against a manual one and mine was spot on. You do get what you pay for. Dont get a wrist one, get a quality one. That means it will cost about 100 buck or more.

Yeah the home bp test machines are not accurate at all. I have tried some and they are all over the place.

Cialis brings down bp if used correctly. A few posts on the subject are very good. Worth checking out.

Btw if u really are that big that's probably normal for you. 155 is nothing to be stressed out over but you could see a doc of course. First get it accurately checked three times a day.

Your kindeys are probably under strain from ao much gear which is makingbyour bp elevate. Cialis can lower it up to 15 points. Arginine helps also.

Thanks for the great advice guys!
Never knew cialis could lower blood pressure....seems like fun to be on 1 gram of gear + cialis, though!

I bought a BP machine that costs about $200. It was sold through a web page that sells medical equipment to professionals, and the cuff was way bigger than what the pharmacies could get me (in other words: big enough). It should be accurate, but I think I might have tightened the cuff too hard to begin with. The last couple of tests have shown a way lower upper pressure - that makes a lot more sense, considering that my lower pressure is still only 75-85. This is even lower than before I started doing roids, but at that time I was 290lbs and fat (powerlifter)).

I'll have my BP tested at my doctor next week, and I'll go of anadrol in six days also. I only take it for two weeks before competitions, as it has a marvelous EPO type of effect that really helps me in strongman competitions. I know a guy that was 300lbs ripped.....before those 200mg of anadrol a day sent him into retirement! Yeah....that's four anadrol a day....combined with two grams of injectables...and HGH, amphetamine, coke, GHB, heavy drinking etc. He is still alive, though. Kind of.

As for liver/kidneys I've had them checked (I do regular blood tests). Never had any problems with them, and since I'm only on a bout 1 gram a week of gear + a few tabs, I really don't see why this should be such a big issue. Remember that I eat relatively clean (practically no foods with more than maximum 10% fat, lots of lean meat etc.), never touch alcohol, nor tobacco etc.

My cholesterol doesn't seem to good, though, but several doctors have told me that it is nothing to worry about. I've cut down on the amount of egg yolkes I'm eating, though - and will see if this has had any effect.

If I die before the weekend is over, the guys who have helped me out in this thread can have the rest of my gear, and my BP machine.

FYI: What you call "overpressure" is your systolic pressure.
The bottom number is your diastolic pressure.
Systolic pressure is peak arterial pressure during a heart contraction.
Diastolic is arterial pressure between heart beats.

Yeah, I always get the two mixed up. In my native language we use the terms "over-" and "under-pressure" to avoid mixing them up. So I just went with that instead of looking it up.

    I prefer to say Boogie-Pressure and Cookie-Pressure.
