What kind of injury? A heal in two or three days or a big injury like a tear? If you think it will take less than a week before you are able to lift regularly again with no risk of re-injury then I would just stay on it. I find that is rarely the case usually though. If you aren't sure then it is best to play it safe, not waste a cycle, and not injure yourself further.

I had this stored in my files. Hope it helps

Biceps strain: A pulled biceps results from overstretching and tearing some of the biceps muscle fibers and/or tendons. Pain and sometimes swelling are the usual symptoms.

Proximal biceps tendon rupture: This is when one of the two biceps tendons in the shoulder is torn away from the bone. Sudden shoulder pain and an odd-shaped bulge in the biceps are symptoms.
Distal biceps tendon rupture: A tear of the biceps tendon at the forearm is unusual. Sudden pain over the front of the elbow and forearm weakness are symptoms.

Proximal biceps tendinitis (tendonitis): Repeated use of the biceps or problems in the shoulder can irritate the proximal biceps tendon. Pain in the shoulder and biceps is the main symptom.
Biceps contracture: The biceps becomes permanently contracted, with the elbow bent. Biceps contracture may occur after a severe

You most likely have #1. Give it rest and slow and easy stretching if it does not get better after a week see your doc.

The only muscle I have ever torn was my bicep, I definitely feel your pain. It was pretty painful.

It's very typical to get hurt on cycle because people push it to the limit and although you feel stronger your muscles and tendons are not really ready for the big jump in weight as well as your joints.
