Bad 1st cyle need help and serious advise on 2nd cycle---full details given
MY STATS:
28YRS OLD
5'6
170LBS
BF: 21%
FACTS:
I did a rookie mistake 2yrs ago and did a very bad cycle of juice because i listened to a friend and didn't
do research on my own and trusted his words. i ended up getting gyno, little breast tissue and lumps around nipples.
With tenderness as well. I did a 9month straight cycle with no time off in-between. Then when i got off i did hcg and took
Nolvadex 50mg day. HCG and Nolva for 2weeks 5days after my last injection. So i messed up and screwed my self which is a lesson well freaking learned!!!
****SIDE NOTE**** MY PIC IS WHAT I Looked like in SEPT 04 2011--> after was taken in Feb 20th 2012.
STARTED SEPT 04 2011: 172LBS /BF 32%
ENDED JUNE 04 2012: 168LBS / BF 10%
1ST CYCLE: Sept 04 2011- June 04-2012 NO TIME OFF STR8 9 MONTH CYCLE (I KNOW NOW I Fu<KD UP)
Shot days were monday and thursday to totalling the amounts below per week.
TEST 350mg mix blend prop, cyp, enthanate= 4CC/WEEK
EQ 250mg=2CC/WEEK
DECA 250mg= 2CC/WEEK
PCT ONLY DID HCG, CLOMID
BAD EFFECTS
HORRIBLE ACNE --->BROKE OUT EVERY ALL OVER BACK, SHOULDERS, CHEST, AND FACE!!!!!!!
Went on Accutane for 6months taking 50mg of it a day!!
BAD ACNE SCARRING NOW ON MY CHEST, BACK AND SHOULDERS, MY FACE CLEANED UP FINE NOW LUCKILY.

Took a year and some off from the juice to let my skin heal. Still been going to the gym hard.
Im now feeling ready to get back to it but i want to do this properly and seek you advice and help on what to do and how to do and how much of it to do!
I made a bad choice then and don't want to make the same again.
WHAT I WANT TO DO WITH YOUR HELP AND ADVICE:
I want to do Anavar , Test, EQ. Shredding off lots of fat is my main goal. Ive been dieting and eating very well last 2months. My cheat day has turned to a SINGLE cheat meal once a week.
I can't get my bf% down at all. I do 30min intense skipping, 1.5hrs weights, then 30min intense skipping at end.
How much of Anavar, and which Test should i do, cyp, prop,or enthanate with what amount of EQ to the cycle.
I was thinking of doing a 3month cycle.
This is my plan, please advise on what may be best. This is what i was thinking not set in stone yet!
PLEASE ADVISE AND THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!
Week 1-2:
Anavar- 40mg day
Test E- 1cc/split into 2shots a week total=1cc
EQ- 1cc/ split into 2shots a week total=1cc
Week 2-6
Anavar- 50mg day
Test E-1.5cc/split into 2 shots a week=1.5cc
EQ - 1.5cc split into 2 shots a week =1.5cc
Week 6-10
Anavar-60mg/day
Test E - 2cc/split into 2 shots/week
EQ - 2cc/split into 2 shots/week
Week 10-12
Anavar 40mg/day
Test E-1cc/split into 2 shots/week
EQ 1cc/split into 2 shots/week
WHAT PCT should i take... I did have previous gyno and don't want it to flare up again.
what can i take while I'm on cycle to assist with aiding me in preventing the usual side effects.
How much of Nolva, Clomid and HCG with an AI like Arimidex or Aromasin should i take while cycling and how much of it off and when to start… and if my acne flares up i may just take Accutane again and take 25mg/day depending if it get it and how bad… i do have very sensitive skin as well.
Im at 170lbs now with 21%bf… gained a lot of weight since been off went thru some hard times but now I'm back up and ready to get my mind and body back to shape..
My goal is to be at 170lbs with 10% bf in 3months
I need all the details you can give as i don't wanna mess this cycle up.

Seriously?
Get your diet sorted. If you can't lose fat it's because of your diet. Hit up our nutrition forum and get a plan sorted.
Also, you should get some bloodwork to check your hormone levels, your PCT was poor at best and you may never have recovered.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Can you please post a video to you doing some intense skipping? I just can't picture it.
Edit: Nevermind, I'm guessing you mean skipping rope. I was hoping for actual skipping.

I did get my levels checked, I am all fine now, Test is back to par, Estrogen back to normal as well. I did the whole complete blood work, at first estrogen was real high which is what i think caused the gyno, but as of 2 months ago which was my last check everything is back to par, test and estrogen is back to normal levels.
yeah your right diet is huge… however I do have a diet plan in place NOW. And am eating foods to increase my metabolism and have definitely stopped eating anything 2-3hrs before bed. I am doing what i can with all this the RIGHT WAY, I don't plan on starting up any cycle or anything for at least another month.
haha yeah I'm doing very intense skip rope… i used to be in boxing when i was in my teens. I also change it up and run on the treadmill and elliptical.
What can you suggest in regards to the cycle I am planning to do, and whats the right way to do the PCT with what I have in mind.

Can we see your current diet plan macro's? You say you have a plan in place but can't drop fat.
And why would you not eat anything 2-3 hours before bedtime?
In one month you will be barely be under 20% bodyfat even if you get your dieting issues resolved. Your chance of side effects, including gyno, are increased cycling at a high bodyfat.
Lovbyts gave you a link to read in regards to a cycle. No need for multiple compounds even after you manage to drop your bodyfat naturally before you cycle. The link details all on, and post, cycle ancillaries you need.
Out of curiosity what were your blood results for
Testosterone
E2
LH
FSH
And anything else you had checked?NO SOURCES GIVEN

Diet is not something you do just when you cycle but you should have your diet plan and running it long before you cycle. How do you know if/when you are ready and your diet it good? When you get down to under 15% body fat, 12 is better and you have a good solid base. If not you may be more prone to side such as Gyno, ED due to high estrogen and others.
