Just wondering what's the best things to take to keep your blood pressure at a normal level and your liver as clean as possible (while on orals)

NAC for liver.

BP should be monitored closely and if you are hypertensive, it should be treated with prescription meds until root cause is resloved. Otherwise, L-Arginine/Citrulline and Cialis do great for maintenance of healthy individuals.

Where do you get your NAC and how do you dose? I want to run it during my next cycle since it has orals in it. Just want to take every precaution to protect liver as much as possible.

I get it in 1000mg per tab and take 2 a day along with 2g milk thistle

600mg daily year round. Increase to 1200mg for an injectable steroid cycle. Increase to 1800mg - 2400mg in the presence of oral steroids . Obviously use the lower dose for mildly toxic steroids such as Anavar , and the heavier dose for toxic steroids such as Dianabol .
