Winstrol in cycle

I want to add winstrol into my 12 week test e and 10 week tren e cycle 4 weeks in no gains but have put on weight bloated alot getting stronger but still look the same and have same skinny arms ? I want to add winstrol around week 6 and run it until i finish at week 12 then start pct, will i see good gains at end of this cycle and will winstrol help rip up and gain lean mass

That's why I was asking what his stats were, usually people who take Tren do not have "skinny arms" unless they are comparing them to coleman's or cutler's.
