Prohormone Cycle: Halovar + Hexadrone. How good is it?

Hey guys, I'm glad to be on this forum, but I have some thoughts I'd like to get clear with everyone reading this.

    Age: 21
    Weight: 145 lb.
    Height: 5'6''

So, I've gotten a prehormone cycle of Halovar + Hexadrone for 4 weeks, followed by a PCT I've yet to determine. I've searched the internet in hopes to find a single person who has used such a combination and I've found none. I'm hoping a few of you here can tell me how good this cycle is, or potentially is with regards to my dietary focus, and most importantly, how I can keep my gains post-cycle.

    Diet:

Meal One: 1 cup Go Lean Fiber Twigs, Soy Protein Grams, and Honey Puff Cereal
    1 cup blueberries
2 scoops Amplified Mass XXX w/ water

    Meal Two: 20 almonds
May or may not have another scoop of Amplified Mass XXX w/ water. It varies from day-to-day.

Meal Three: 3 whole grain bread slices
Lemon Rotisserie Chicken from Wal-Mart w/ skin stripped off.

Meal Four: 1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup fruits w/ banana

Meal Five (Post Workout): 2 scoops Amplified Mass XXX w/ water
    16 oz. Gatoraide
    3 Whole Grain bread slices.

Throughout the day, I generally drink 2.5-3.5 liters of water.

By the way, this is my first cycle -ever-. I've never done any steroids or prohormones until now. Oh, and I'll also post the total mg of Halovar + Hexadrone I take per day after I find out from my dealer - but in case I don't get the total dosage - it's 2 pills a day.

Thoughts? Comments? Anything I should change?

Thoughts? You're too young and you obviously don't have your diet together as illustrated by your weight. How many calories are you eating a day and what are your macros? What is your TDEE? Most people on here will also take the side that prohormones are not the way to go due to hepatotoxicity among other things and that you would be better suited by running an actual cycle of AAS.

Frankly, I'd give it a couple more years of training and getting your diet together before you should seriously consider a cycle of anything.

I don't know why, but the forum won't let me use quotes. However, as stated from tice1212, I'm incapable of growing any further. My father works as a doctor and believes my growth plates are sealed, I suppose it's possible for me to grow an inch or two more, but that's it.

I'll edit this post once I calculate my macros, but I'm using Guardian: Liver Detox Matrix before I take Halovar + Hexadrone in order to protect my liver.

I'm taking 2 tablets Omega 3 fatty acid supplements, 2 Guardian: Liver Detox Matrix, 1 multivitamin, etc (still calculating).

Forgot to add: Body Fat ratio is 21%, apparently, the gym instructor who measured me considered me "fit."

Well that's pretty much it. So far, I've done this cycle for about... oh, two days, this is my second day. My meal plan isn't perfectly set up yet, but I believe this is "do-able" due to my size and weight. I go to the gym usually by 5:00-6:00 and work out hard for an hour, followed by 10 minutes of cardio. My dinner is considered "Meal Five".

By the ways, I'm flattered by the immense amount of posts I'm receiving within the first few minutes!

Hell no, my father is strictly against all forms of anabolic steroids or PH. I'm going solo for this.

I'm serious, shakes are not meals or even food for that fact. Even at your size that is not enough food or even proper food to grow on. Please hit the nutrition section and forget the steroids .

First off I never said that ur incapable of growing. I said ur small and your still a little boy.. which means that you have to eat a ton of food, train 5-6 times a weeks and sleep 7-8hrs a night. Just get ready to not get ur dick hard for a couple of months and also get ready to loss all the muscle that u gained on cycle because ur going to shut down ur T so bad. Let me guess, ur going to use an OTC PCT lmfao good luck limp dick

I train 6 times a week, usually under this schedule:

    Day 1: Chest, Biceps
    Day 2: Back, calves
    Day 3: Abs
    Day 4: Shoulder, triceps
    Day 5: Cardio, thighs
    Day 6: Legs

Of course, I also sleep 7-8 hours a day. Though, my diet is clearly lacking. I'll have to take a peek at the nutrition section in order to change my schedule....

    ... But we've gone a little off-topic.

Let's say I form the right meal plan, train the right times, and sleep property - how good would Halovar and Hexadrone be?

First post going to good use here...

Your 145lbs and 20% bf? Your LBM is like 110lbs. Eat. Eat. Eat.
Assuming you get your diet in check, and train that way, and sleep enough......

    GET OLDER.

    Next question?

Let's say you form the right meal plan, train the right times and sleep properly. It'll take you a few years before your body will be ready to put steroids in to it. You don't have a good foundation built in you. And on top of that, your endocrine system is still developing! Steroids aren't a magic pill that some rookie should be taking. If you do things right, you'll be ready when you hit about 25-26.

    It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Show us your meal plan, we'll tell you if you're on the right track. Learning to eat and train right always comes before your readiness for any steroid - pro hormone or otherwise.

I hate leg days but doing it right you should feel like you are about to puke before you finish. Never seen someone doing it twice a week. And only one day doing abs? I do abs every day other than leg day to finish up before my walk on the treadmill

And you need to eat more than taking Halovar and Hexadrone for 4 weeks. I bet if you got blood work done it would say you suffer from malnutrition.

BTW - who is the gym instructor who measured me considered me "fit." A guy at the gym selling memberships?

Well in my opinion your too young, Second in my opinion pro’s are 100% trash not worth it at all in anyway. Third even if your hell bent on using pro’s they always 100% of the time have to be run with test. Good luck

Please go to the nutrition sub forum.

You don't need all that bread.
    Honey puff cereal? No
    Amplified Mass - trash
    Rotisserie chickens - poor choice
    Gatorade? No, drink more water

    No fresh fruits or veggies???

This is not an appropriate diet,

Well, there are 3 bananas, mixed fruit, and a potato. I also listed I drink 2.5-3.5 liters of water a day in my beginning post.

All that leaves is the chicken and the cereal. Any suggestions?

You eat barely enough food to support 145lbs. If you want to weigh 200lbs, eat what a 200lber eats. Start by making a diet of 3000 calories of food (not shakes). And take it from there.

seriously, bro - put down the prohormones and back away before you do PERMANENT damage. 4 weeks is just about long enough to shut down your testosterone completely, screw up your endocrine system, and maybe start some decent liver damage. Any small amount of muscle you you gain on a 4-week PH cycle will last just about as long as it took you to get it. Of course, since you won't be producing natural testosterone at that point, get ready to say good-bye to some of the muscle you started with.

Other than your sugar shakes, you eat like my 12 year old daughter. You have to seriously get some help with your diet. eggs, meat, whole grains, sweet potatoes, green vegetables. There is no combination of any type of drugs you can take to get big with your diet.

I hate to come across as a dick, but you are toying around with something that can really screw you up. From a risk vs. benefit standpoint, prohormones are generally a bad idea in the first place. You seriously need to stop all this until you understanding what you are doing.

sorry for the lecture; but there are too many guys begging for help after doing exactly what you are doing.
