good diet vs ok diet vs bad diet???
How in tune does my diet have to be to start AAs. does it have to be top notch planned out and weighed to the gram? or can it be hit and miss but still in the right direction? obviously things like fast food, sodas and candy will have to be cut out and vitamins included with a good workout plann. ideas comments and opinions please. im new here and ready to learn!

In your case especially, diet is very important. You are carrying too much fat to use steroids at this time (not to mention, lack of dedication). Doing so will welcome in a plethora of health issues. Head on over to the nutrition section and get your diet where it needs to be.

15% is, IMO, a much safer body fat to run steroids . Post up a pic in the members section if you want several other views/opinions.

Evenif u decide to do a cycle for say 12 weeks, then head into the same direction, taper off from the gym again for a few months, all the gainu made will also taper off as well
Make the gym and a well planned diet a lifestyle change, not a 2 month on and off thing

Myself I look forward to the gym, everything about it actually, the dieting, the gym, its like a playground to me once I enter the gym, love it
Think about it this way, when people start staring at u, or doing the 2 to 3 looks like what the hell is this guy normal lol, its a great feeling haha, like a ferrari driving down the road or just a nice car in general u dont see that often, is the way I look at it, most people in society dont lift or hit the gym, so they see a well built dude walking around woman start to stare, there man starts to say shit, oh that guy is all roided out anyways, how he looks theway he does, meanwhile they dont have a clue
My point being is that people have tried roids without a proper diet or lack of dedication to the gym and got nowhere bro other then frustration, it pretty much comes down to your diet and training, exspecially your ( diet)
