I just had to read this post. I'm going to go ahead and kick this off by saying proper form is important to me.

^This. And real pullups are important to me as well.
I don't ever associate steroids with endurance sports. I'm not sure why, cause I know its done. Maybe its because I don't do any intense cardio other than walking @ 4mph. Although my heartrate gets up there when I superset, does that count?

Shoot, I'm at 130+ most of the time I'm lifting, that's an hour of cardio a day I figure if you use some backwoods math.
The many flaws of crossfit aside, high intensity aerobic routines on cycle will just increase your calories burned per minute slightly but if that means you finish sooner then well, you know. So your results will still depends a lot on diet as well.
Also, your body adapts to the time of training it's subjected to. More HIIT training means you'll have more endurance and better lactic acid tolerance whereas a powerlifting routine will give you strength but not nearly as much endurance. AAS are just going to amplify the effect by allowing you to grow faster and push harder. If you're using it to cut it'll still depend on your diet.

Cross Fit? Really? Try real weights and proper form. Get better results doing that. Also what are your stats and goals?

All jokes aside, search for member vikingblood and read his log. hes a competitive crossfitter and is on his first cycle documenting his experiences. I bet he'll be happy to talk to you about it if you comment on one of the threads

I am more confused about crossfit now after watching the video than before lol
I think after seeing the video it is becoming clear why testosterone is schedule 3 in the USA.

I do Crossfit 3-5 times a week and lift 3-5 times. It's definitely beneficial, but stay away from big amounts of Tren as it really hurts your breathing. Test, Winstrol , Anavar , Deca , are all ok, but Winstrol does make my joints hurt more. Make sure to really get loose, like even more if on cycle than not. I have some of the best times for my age group in the region and can tell you it does help, but be careful with it.

Thanks dk94 & REBORN52, I knew I would get some negative comments with this post. I started with just maintenance dose of test-e, then added tren . I am 43 and have worked up to some of the best times in my box. Just finished an 8 week cycle of test prop, tren. ace., and eq. I thought this was a great mix but think 6 weeks would have been a good time frame for me. Did my first competition in week 7, with great results. Have 4 more competitions between now (next in 5 weeks) and september and wondering how to space out cycles?

Well to safely space out cycles you need to take a break equal to your time on plus pct. By the sounds of your contest schedule it doesnt sound possible to take a safe break from a cycle and still be on gear for a competition. Maybe you could run a 20 week cycle and do a very aggressive 6-8 week pct.
