Raloxifene and Pubertal Gyno
I plan on starting 2 amps a week come October or so, following Austinite's first cycle thread. I was thinking, I still have a little pubertal gyno that has just never left me (I'm currently 21). Would it be better to try raloxifene at 60mg/day for a couple weeks before I cycle to see how much I can get rid of it? Or can raloxifene have some sides when used without test? Or should I just wait until I'm on cycle to see if I can treat it?
Any input greatly appreciated.

Is it def pubertal gyno or is it fat? If it is fat, that is a tough area to lose it in and is the last to go. I have struggled with that my whole life. If it is gyno then I am not sure that taking anything is really going to reverse it. A lot of the protocols followed are for when you develop the early stages of gyno and it can be reversed. You are way to young to consider cycling and should really put your time into studying the information and diving into the diet section to learn how to eat for maximum results.

I have yet to read any worthwhile literature suggesting gyno is irreversible beyong certain points. As far as literature I have read, ralox works slightly better than nolva in most studies. Some studies also suggest Letro works to reverse gyno as well.
The problem here is that we cannot know which one is truly better due to a little thing called publication bias. Studies producing positive results are much more likely to be published than those with negative results. For example, hypothetically of course, if 100 studies of nolva were conducted, 5 of them received positive gyno reversing results, but only the positive results and a few negative ones were published we cannot know how many have failed. So without all of the information no one will be able to tell you which one works the best.
I would however, suggest reversing the gyno before starting a cycle. I would also suggest not cycling for a few more years.

Letro will not reverse gynecomastia . Ever. You'll experience temporary relief followed by misery, but Letro will never, ever reverse gynecomastia. All Letrozole studies that I've read are flawed and have been debunked.
Raloxifene has made the most impact on gynecomastia, including pubertal. This is studied and documented with long-term followup observational conclusury.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Solid responses. I think I'll try 60mg/day for 4 weeks, which seems to be the most widely recommended dose and see if there is any major improvement. I'll do it at least a month prior to starting cycle, so they don't interfere. I'll keep a log here for those who are interested. Thanks all- If anyone has another parameter for my little experiment, please let me know vv

Can you expand more on your theory regarding letro. i have sucessfully ran gyno reversal protocol with letro, its not nice and ****s up your sex life but it works for the gyno. the gyno only comes back when i use steroids or HGH.
Also, i havent heard much about raloxifene.................does it have the same side effects as letrozole (kills sex drive)

I see this is an old post but I'm just wondering what your results with the ralox were like if any?
