I wouldn't use any steroid with high blood pressure. I would concentrate on getting your bp down

The evidence is still somewhat inconclusive. There is some PRELIMINARY data suggesting TRT may reduce cardiac mortality and improve cardiovascular markers. The evidence around T2DM is more controversial. In a study recently published by Mathias Grossman, testosterone replacement therapy did NOT improve insulin resistance or glucose metabolism.

If your doctor is confident in the preliminary data, he should be evaluating you for TRT.

Do not self medicate with steroids .

I take medication for high blood pressure and ive been on big cycles. And I can say It can be scary because if your blood pressure gets to high and you black out while bench pressing with out a spotter. Your basically looking at facial reconstructive surgery. If you have high blood pressure it is best to avoid steroids especially steroids that cause massive spikes in blood pressure like anadrol . Maybe if you get on medication and get your blood pressure normal you could use steroids . But high blood pressure and no medication to control it combined with steroids is dangerous.

Low dose cialis may be an option but if you are under a drs care then id listen too him. It would not be prudent t start a cycle with existing high bp.

Hbp is no joke. I had no clue where my pressure was until I woke up one morning partially blind. I went into the drs and they were taking reading after reading and after the third blood pressure I heard the numbers 220/120. I had five drs tell me it was amazing I didn't stroke out. I had Holbrook that almost destroyed my kidneys and left me partially blind. I detected it and am taking meds and healing up. My kidney is safe for now. No further degeneration. My eyesight is sloooowly returning and my BP is coming down. I check it twice daily now and I'm still hovering around the 140/80 numbers but we're adjusting the meds slowly to get it even lower. You're an adult and can do what you want. I know I did but hbp is no joke.
