Please inform me if this is the right page.

    I am 24 y/o
    5"11
    202 lbs
    15.1 bfp

I am on my 6th week of test enanthate . 500mg/wk.
But this week until the 12th week i want to add deca 100 once a week.

Is it still a good mix?

My diet revolves around the following

    Oatmeal 1x
    Eggw 8-10/day
    Chicken breast 5x/day
    Brocolli 3x/day
    Sweet potatoes 3-5pcs

If Deca is for joints use NPP (short ester deca) and discontinue at end of week 10.

No reason to add deca for last 6 weeks it should be ran for 12 weeks.
Is this your first cycle ?
    If so run just test.
    Why the need for deca?

I was orginally aiming for test and deca for 12 weeks. However i just recently got the deca. So that is why i asked if its still any good to add it half way through.

This is my 2nd cycle. My first was just test.

OR someone said to me to use test for 8weeks and deca for 8 weeks.. in the event that it is still ok. What about my pct? I was planning to do that 2 weeks after. And since i read somewhere that 12 weeks is the recommended, wouldnt that ruin the whole thing?

Thank you very much for the reply.

A "normal" test deca cycle would be deca 12 weeks and test 14. Test is ran 2 weeks longer than deca because deca takes longer to clear before pct.
    Weeks 1 thru 14 test
    Weeks 1 thru 12 deca
Pct 2 weeks after last test pin (test e)

Deca take a while to kick in so 6 weeks of deca and by the time deca starts kicking in your cycle is over. It is a waste at this point save it for next round.

I see, is it ok to just increase my test to 750(250x3/wk) for 2 weeks or until the 12th? What would you recommend?

I was orginally taking 1-2 cups of brown rice (bfast and lunch) and 3-4pcs of wheat bread (w/p.butter normally before workout) and 5-7pcs of sweet potatoes but i was advised to remove the brown rice since my goal is to get lean. Whats your take on that? I did get more defined when i lessen my carb intake and just relied on the sweetpotatoes

Whats the reasoning behind switching things up at this point.

If you are serious about getting lean you can not estimate you intake. You have to calculate your tdee and your micro split.

    Mon/Tues/Wed - Moderate Carbs Legs/chest/back
    Thurs/Fri/Sat - Low Carbs. Shoulders/arms/off
    Sunday - High Carb/Refeed. Off

That's my schedule when doing a cut.

Estimating your nutrition makes as much sense as estimating how often you may workout. Commit to a plan, engage in action.

If you fail to plan....you plan to fail.

yes you have a point sir, which is why im here, to know where im standing and to know all the possible room for improvements are.

my tdee was around 3500, for maintenance. i do not know however on how many should i remove if my target is 12%bfp from 15%. i am not aware of how you compute that accurately which is why i am asking for help.

all right sir, this is a good start since this is also similar to my training regimen. i'll look into how i can do this properly. it just so happened that i saw results from the first few months which is why i didnt research that much and now that i need to do it 100% accurately i came here.
