    gyno concern

Hey guys just wonderig for the future. How do you catch gyno before it forms? How do you look for the lump and when they are sore do you know they are sore or is it that kind of thing where you just know?
    Thanks

I try to avoid the signs by having my AI spot on and nolva ready.
I had to add nolva once on cycle but arimidex will take care of it 80% and if needed nolva last 20%

You can't miss a lump. Just run fingers across (never squeeze) your pecs/nipples and feel for hardened areas. Generally very small lump.

You don't catch gyno before it forms, having a growth is how you know you have gyno. Keeping your E2 within range by dialing in your AI dose with BW is the best way to prevent gyno. Sensitive nipples happen when hormone balances change. The bottom line is no growth no gyno.

Even by educating yourself and following the protocols, gyno symptoms can pop up on cycle from time to time. It is nice to have a serm on hand and a protocol to follow so that you are not in a panic when it does occur.

When my estrogen gets high, the small gland under my left nipple grows and becomes very tender if I press on it. It should be pretty obvious.

Estrogen is the keys to the kingdom. Keep that tramp locked up and you have done 98% of what you can do. Wish I did not have to TrT but doing labs monthly really taught me how my body works and I can predict where I am on most my stats at any given time.

Novla used on cycle (not as an AI) is doable also. It is the second best lipid control medicine on the planet. If you got the cash and your lipids are not perfect then why not? It violates current mantra of Serm use on cycle but whatevs.

If you google nolva and gyno you will see a science article about how they did a study that users used 20mgs of nolva to reverse gyno. Hope it helps

Not likely gyno. More likely it's just body fat.

You prevent it. Use an AI with your AAS cycles is one way to avoid it.
ALSO,,dont forget there are NUMEROUS things that can cause gyno other
    than AAS.
