doing a cycle while on trt

ok guys looking for some advice im 37 212lbs been training for about 4 1/2 years 3 years have been more serious ..dont know my bf% but its safe to say its 15% or over..my GOAL is to gain more lean muscel & strength..went to a trt clinic my test level was 359 so i have started trt 150mg of test cyp. once a week with 500iu of hcg a week...i was thinking of adding 350mg of test 400 (so 500mg a week total) the doc gives me my 150mg of test cyp wed so 1st question should i add 100mg on wed with my doctors 150mg and then do 250 on sunday ? or can i do the 150mg on wed then do 350mg on sunday? also please take a look at my cycle that i have put together just from information that i have gathered thus far

    10 week cycle
    weeks 1-10 500mg of test a week (250 x2 a week)(wed & sun)
weeks 1-10 arimidex .125mg eod (.250mg eod on gyno signs)
weeks 1-10 hcg 500iu on wed and 250iu sunday

then no pct!! just return to my regular 150mg of test with hcg

i will have some clomid and nolvadex on hand just in case..but i've heard no pct after cycle while on trt...just return to trt..what do you think?

this is my first try at putting together a cycle ...im not looking to get complicated or be a body builder simple and moderate is good for me ...also i have a clean diet ...how many grams of protien a day? and how many grams of carbs a day ? any input would be greatly appreciated..this is not set in stone just trying to get to a starting point ..thanks fellas

Way too soon to be planning a cycle. Get your TRT dialed in and reep the benefits of that for a while before going on cycle.

What these guys said, you really need to dial in your trt before even thinking of a cycle. You will end up with more problems than it's worth. You should see some changes as your dialing in if you keeping your diet in check.

Well lets just hope you are planning WELL in advance. Yeah I know it's tempting to jump right in but as everyone is saying it's best to wait until you have things worked out and if you are lucky that will be 6 months, more likely 1yr.

You never know when your doctor is going to request blood work also. I have been caught off guard before.

Same here about the bloods. I was mid-cycle and he wanted to run bloods. I kept telling him I couldn't get in because I was so busy in the winter and I was away most of the time with work/snowmobiling. He no longer would fill my script but luckily I had plenty in the reserves so it didn't matter too much. Not worth jeopardizing a good thing. TRT will change your life so let it do that and then boost it from there.

If you've been low T for a while you'll notice a lot of benefits in the first 6-12 months on trt alone. I'm in the same boat as you, I started thinking of a cycle as soon as I started trt, but instead of giving in to temptation I've used the past year to do a ton of research and gather all the supplies I'll need. In the meantime, I've been using this time to get into as best shape as possible prior to running a cycle. Take your time, I think you'll be happier in the end.

One thing I do love about being on TRT is running a cycle is so much easier thanks to no PCT. Plus, pinning all the frigen time you never have work yourself up to pinning it's just part of your daily/weekly routine.

You'll be surprised what a clean diet and exercise plan will do. If TRT with diet and exercise doesn't work, then it's the diet and exercise plan.
    Good luck.
