    First Cycle in 15 years

    Hello,

    I'm 5'10 140lbs. Male in the mid 30's. I was wondering if 250mg test c every week - 20-30mg d-bol ED - .5mg Anastrozole ED would be a good first cycle?

Mate, you need to eat not take AAS. Assuming you wish to gain weight? Or is that a typo at 140lbs at 5'10?

What's your current weight gain diet?

It's not a typo. Ive been this weight since high school. It's very hard for me to gain weight for some reason.

Steroids will not help you. As soon as you are done you will lose any gains you made. Until you can gain and keep weight without steroids you won't be able to with them.

So how many calories are you eating? What is your TDEE? What is your macro break down. Steroids won't gain the weight for you. You have to EAT and eat a lot. Food is what drives growth NOT steroids. Too many guys learn this the hard way. They look at a few mags or a couple of big guys in the gym and assume, wow, it's the steroids. WRONG! It won't matter what steroid or how much you take. If you don't eat, you won't grow. It's that simple.

Download my fitness pal. Calculate your TDEE prior to using it and then do a surplus of calories above the TDEE so you gain weight instead of only maintaining your current weight. it easy and very organized so there is no excuse for it being hard to gain weight.

Mid 30s, so let's say 35. You are implying in your post that you last cycled around the age of 20. You said you have been 140lbs since high school, undoubtedly that cycle did not do much for you. If you did gain, from what you say, you must not have kept any of it.

The proof is in the pudding, do not cycle. You have a major diet deficit that needs to be fixed before you ever come close to cycling.

I must have done that on accident without thinking about it, I didn't mean to. I was talking to the OP, not you. I was agreeing with what you said though.

I also use myfitnesspal and it's very easy to keep track of everything painlessly.

Takes two seconds to enter anything you eat and has a huge database of foods and shows all of the breakdowns.

OP, I'll bet you are way under feeding yourself. Good luck!

Thanks guys.. Got the app installed and yes. Ive been a smoker for 15 years. Just recently quit 2 months ago and I'm finally getting my appetite back. This app is gonna help give me an idea of my daily intakes..calories, protein, etc.
