upto 140mcg of clen no sides... running straight through to show no breaks (5 weeks)
ramped up clen from 40mcg to 140mcg
still no sides.. no shakes no unsual sweats at night..
heart rate in morning while doing fasted cardio can creep up quite quick ive noticed but thats about it.. (i try to keep at 130-135bpm)
not to sure if safe to go any higher...
should i jus ramp down then back up ? im running for 5 weeks straight because my first comp is in 5 weeks.
i had a clen cycle plan but its gone out the window seeing as no effects have been noticable not to sure what to dooo ?
taking 5g taurine daily.
dosage of clen = 200mcg/1ml

It most likely is. Not everyone is strongly effected by clen .
Maybe you've used it so much that your body is use to the dosage? I'd consider taking a break for a week or two then starting again.

I hardly get any sides, only real way to tell is by your temp. Stop for a week take temp and check if it goes up a degree or two. Not everyone gets sides like shaking and sweating.

you cant run it 5 weeks straight man. Do 2 on/2off or run it with ketotifen taken at night before bed so your b2 receptors will respond. Also as mentioned you cannot measure effectiveness by sides. Sides vary from person to person.

Its my 2nd cycle of clen just to add if that helps, and i havent even been on this stuff 2 weeks yet, jimmy i was told i would be fine running right thru till comp day, if i was to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off would running clen thru pct be okay? As i will be reverse dieting after comp so i plan to stay lean as possible, and i cant get my hands ob ketokifen :/

What brand clen ? At 140mcg a day you should feel something regardless.

Ultragenix its gotta flavour too it sorta like apple - ish flavour, liquid is green
