my frist cycle
age 23
Weight 75
Length 187
this is my cycle
Week 1-12 Testosterone -Cypionate : 500mg per week
Week 7-12 Winstrol 50mg every other day
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day
I have some questions
1-Can I take the first 6 weeks from test cypio 750mg per week
2-in pct needs hcg or nolvadex only and why
3-How i can take clenbuterol in pct
4-if feed good with steroids cycle Without supplementation iwill see a change in my body or should be take Supplements to see A huge change

You aren't ready to cycle right now. Post a shirtless picture up of yourself and tell me more about your diet, goals, BF%, and training experience and I will constructively criticize and get you headed onto the right path.

I PLAY bodybuilding 5 years ago, but continued 3 months and discontinue 3 months and No Supplements , diet , training experience only goals Weight loss On this situation all 5 years But I decided to be a bodybuilder Then collected five years experience and i made feed cycle , supplements cycle , training cycle for 6 months then i Lose weight 25 kg now my weight 75 kg my and this my picture can u help me To get my headed onto the right path and to achieve my dreams

BF % is too high for winstrol to be effective. Probably not a good first cycle choice anyway.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful or mean to you, but it doesn't look like you have ever lifted weights. You need to have a good foundation to you to even think about steroids or your gonna hurt yourself. Steroids are gonna make you lift more weight and if your tendons aren't ready for that you can blow them out. Just start lifting weights 3-4 times a week, get a good lifting program going for a few years than if you sti want to use gear you will be ready.

I am trying to be serious here but this made me laugh because I love pizza but I HATE how I feel mentally after I have even one slice.
You are not ready to cycle, there are a few reasons why. Like ppcw said, you do not have a solid base of muscle. You need to work out and gain more muscle so you do not injure yourself when you do decide to cycle.
Also, you have a high BF% and when you have a high BF% a lot of the side effects of AAS are worsened or become more likely to occur. You need to cut fat.
Lastly, you have a high BF% and not much muscle because you have not figured out how to lift and eat right yet. Do not worry, we all start from somewhere. You say you have been taking supplements but you can not tell it from the picture, I am not trying to be mean, you just need to work harder.
You can go to the nutrition and diet sections here and learn what to do right and what not to do, I would suggest SPENDING a lot of time researching and asking questions.
I have to agree with this^ I just want to say once again, do not be ashamed and do not give up on your goals. You do have a lot of work ahead of you but if you know anything about bodybuilding then you will know we always have a lot of work ahead of us to keep gaining and maintaining. If you have any other questions let me know. Just stay away from drugs for now.

I figured I would add to this as I know sometimes we just write off people by telling them to go to the diet section or training section just like that and figure it out. I know how confusing that can be to someone who doesn't have a lot of experience. I am going to type a list of words off the top of my head that you should research. This is by no means a conclusive list, like I said, I am just typing what comes to mind.
THOROUGHLY research each and every one of these words and that should get you on the right path to fulfilling your dream.

your first cycle should be just test, you want to see how your body responds to it because you mix it other stuff.
safety comes first.
i am also on my first cycle and this post helped me lots, i high recommend you read it and follow it step by step.

I would not use Clen at your body fat. Clen is harsh on your vitals and being overweight usually makes it worse.

losing body fat comes with proper diet. 70% nutrition and 30% gym.
like i said for a first cycle i strongly recommend test alone, you want to see how your body responds to it before u mix it with other gear. and it also helps on building up your experience
im on test E only as my first cycle atm and i am glad i listen to the experienced people on here.
also for cle, try and avoid it. keep it natural to shed BF i know many people that did cle and it didnt work well for them, high blood pressure. Insomnia is a huge one and anxiet & more.
by sticking to test E as a first cycle you see what side effect u get from it/if you do, and you'll know its from the test rather running multi stuff and guessing what its from
