Is this gyno? Letro recommeded? help!

I've had a fatty chest since puberty but it feels like gyno, as lean as I get, it doesnt seem to help. They just seem to pop out more than usual. I was wondering if running letro would help it subside. i'm 6,3 and 25 years old. probably 15% bf

    any help is greatly appreciated

    thanks

Have you seen a doc? If it is gyno (which is a lump, do you feel a lump or mass, not just soft fatty tissue) The first thing you need to do is blood work to determine the cause. Its either high e or an out of whack androgen/estrogen ratio. Which would determine the exact protocol but I would not use letro regardless, raloxifene would be a part of any protocol I implemented.

I have yet to see a doc. There's like a soft lump, one side has a bigger one than the other which makes it worse. Fair enough. Thanks!

Raloxifene is the way to go if you discover it is gyno.

Looks to be fat. If there is a hard lump try raloxifene 60 mg daily.
Try 6-8 weeks that should be plenty of time to reduce it.
Are you on cycle or have been using AAS?

There's a bit of a lump underneath, it's semi hard let's say. Not sensitive at all.

I've never taken AAS or anything like that. I've been like this for as long as I can remember. Maybe I'm just not lean enough?

It is possible to get puberty induced gyno. I would definitely check it out with a Dr. before you self medicate.

i got my blood work back (finally). now my family doc isn't overly knowledgeable in this subject matter. There is a referral set up but who knows how long that is gonna take and I want surgery to be the final solution option.

    My Free Testosterone is 34.5
    My Testosterone is 13.20
    My Estradiol is 57

I don't know too much about what this means. Can anybody help??

Considering your body composition and age I do not think these results are anything to worry about. Yeah, they are slightly on the low side of the ranges but that isn't surprising given your body composition. Since you do not seem to have anything alarming on your bloodwork I would say the most likely answer is what the other guys said about it being fat.
