Is there an Egyptian Sustanon ? Who makes it? Is it considered "clean and sanitary and safe?"

Egyptian Sustanon is Nile Sustanon if I'm not mistaken. It is a legitimate product and they have (had) a license from Organon to produce it.

Is Nile sust better than Karachi?? Or in other words, if you had to pick between the 2, which would you pick??

I don't think it matters really. I'd go with the brand you can get the cheapest. I'm using the Nile Sustanon right now and it seems fine. I've never used the Karachis, so I couldn't give you my preference.

What does it mean to have a license from Organon? In other words, is the stuff made in egypt made to U.S. FDA standards; in clean, sanitary facilities?

Yup- egyptian sust is perfectly clean and human grade... it's good stuff you'll be pleased. It's a completely legit product.
