Quick Questions on Clen AND Keto... Thanks
Hey yall, I had a couple general questions about the usage of Clen and Keto in combination if yall would indulge me.
Clen I understand is typically ran two weeks on and two weeks off and started by slowly increasing dosage. When you throw Keto in the mix to prolong the bodies ability to utilize Clen for fat burning purposes this is where my questions develop. Questions are as follows:
1. What dosage of Keto is required to prolong Clen effectiveness?
2. How long are you able to use these compounds together in total?
3. What time period is required to rest after prolonged usage of Keto and Clen?
4. When is an appropriate time to start Keto, immediately? Or is after the two week mark sufficient?
5. And do these pants make my butt look big?
Jk on the last one yall...
Thanks in advance for yalls comments and help...Last edited by pumping_iron86; 09-10-2014 at 11:23 AM.

Hey I'm a month late but thanks for the reply boss, much appreciated!
One more question for you brother if you don't mind:
I started the Clen without keto and I'm on day 7 of 14, am I too late to start the keto effectively? Or should I wait til the next cycle? Thanks again man!Last edited by pumping_iron86; 10-05-2014 at 05:10 PM.

Not to high jack the thread but even .75 of a mg of Keto makes me have a hard time getting my day started. So I would wonder if the dosage could be increased just like increasing the dose of Clen or does it need to be taken at 1 mg for the duration?

I take it at 1mg and do not alter my doses during the cycle at all. I imagine Keto would make my day harder if I took it in the morning, so I take mine at night. If you take yours at night and are waking up groggy, which never happens to me, I would just take it a little earlier in the day. Say around 6pm.
As for you iron, I would just start taking the Keto now and continue on with the clen . If you find you aren't losing weight like you think you should at your body composition then consider upping the dose of keto and/or clen.
I usually wait a few days after clen to start my keto, usually 2-3. I have never had any problems with it.

I was recently using albuterol for the first time and I found upping my keto dose by .5mg when I wasn't feeling the same effects much more effective than using another 3mg dose of albuterol later in the day. I'd imagine it's similar for clen as they work quite similarly.

Not a bad idea to take it earlier in the evening and see if the mornings are better. I dont get much sleep as it is so I will suffer on one end or the other but is one was to get a full night sleep then that would be an effective way to deal with morning grogginess I bet.

I know the struggle, I have had insomnia for 6 years now and it keeps getting worse each year. Even with keto, melatonin, and sleep aid I still have issues getting to sleep and staying there. I remember I used to wake up at 4am when I was in the Army before I was taking sleep meds and I would be just as sprite as ever, now it is death getting up at 6 sometimes.
