    137/78 blood pressure bad?

    Measured my BP today. Pre workout - 137/78
    Post workout - 133/72

    Pre cycle - 120/80

    Ur good on BP. How far into cycle are u? Any pre-workout supps? Just becarefull if u hit 140 for ur top reading, also a nurse once told me its the bottom number that is the more important.... Im not a DR or a nurse, But from ive heard 137/78 isnt alarming. Just keep close eye and good lookin out for urself. Its the little things like BP that turn into big problems down the road.

    Yeah a caffiene pre workout. 7th wk of 500mg test e, added anavar today.
