New Cycle Advise
Hi there,
I'd like your advise / thoughts on the following cycle I next plan to run.
Firstly, know that my body is a stubborn minx and takes a lot to get it to behave on fat loss.
My stats are 5'11 , 148 lbs. I train cardio 6x week (running 5 miles daily)and weight train hard and heavy 6x a week. I eat clean, cheat day Saturday.
Last cycle was 2iu HGH e/d, Anavar 20mg e/d and Clen 20mg e/d. Iam currently on my off cycle, however I plan to do my first B/B Bikini comp next year. Thoughts on this cycle ..
Week 1&2 - 25mg Var e/d, 40mcg Clen e/d, 2iu HGH e/d
Week 3, 5, 25mg Var e/d, 50mg Primo weekly, 60mcg Clen e/d, 2iu HGH e/d
Week 6, 25mg Var e/d, 50mg Primo weekly, 80mcg Clen e/d 2iu HGH e/d, 20mg Nolva e/d
Week 7&8, 25mg Var e/d, 80mcg Clen e/d, 2iu HGH e/d, 20mg Nolva e/d
Week 9, 20mg Nolva e/d

Yes I made good lean gains, however I need to drop BF%.
