Yea that's exactly what someone at my gym said yesterday haha, telling me he's off and only on 500 mg of test haha. There's no way I could be on for years and years my plan was only to be one for 9 months or until I'm done my next blast because after that I won't be able to be on anything for at least 6 months to a year

Yea that's what makes me tempted to cruise at the low dose because I know guys who run tons of high dosed shit for years then come off have a kid and are fine.

I'm sure they started running lower doses all the time, then had to up them to feel the same effect

You have to understand this is possible but is not the norm. The same way everybody has an uncle that smoked 2 packs of cigarettes since the age of 12 and died at 104 years old. Again, its possible but not the norm.

Always remember that everybody is different and what someone does and is fine with can knock your test completely out and will take you forever to recover from. I would't go by what anybody else says they are doing. Also remember that many dont tell you exactly what they are taking and many like to lie. The only thing to go by is your blood work. These numbers don't lie and these are the numbers that will tell you what your body likes, dislikes, and when you are ready to proceed with your next cycle.

Thanks bro good advice. I feel like I'm gonna jump into pct and then maybe around April May start another cycle

Also what's a good pct protocol be.
I got Clomid nolva and some daa what dosages should I use and if there's anything else I need.

I ran test e 600mgs for 20 weeks, then 1 week 200 mgs of test e (planned on cruising but decided not to)
