    Cool new to the crew

    hello every one i am a new member, but i have used this site previously to gain knowledge, i am 31 years old, i weigh 193lbs i am 5'10'' and i live in oklahoma, im not realy sure how to navigate this site, but i am excited to learn, i am very intrested to hear about peoples stories and their sitation! hope to get to know a few of you!!!! have a wonderful day

    thank you, i have came to this site many times for several answers, so i decided to join! i have tried a few sites for answers, but this site, in my mind, seems to be the best> i predict spending hours on here chating with new friends

    As much as you read up on AAS, read the other sections that aren't about using AAS too. The nutrition and workout sections are full of solid gold material. Some of the best info on getting bigger, leaner and stronger that you can find is here for free.
