    Steroid cycle

    Thinking of doing this cycle for 8 weeks :

    150mg tren ace/wk
    200mg test prop/wk
    200 mg NPP/week
    30mg dbol /day


    What do you guys think ?

    been working out for 4 years (naturally) did only a test and equipoise cycle

    I am not too proud to say when I mess up. If this is your first cycle ...no Tren. Tried it and it is just too much too early. It is like a stack of bricks on your chest plus sides. Tren is not a first cycle item...from experience.

    Minimum dose of prop 500/week. You will not get happy results till you hit 500.

    NPP is fine at 200 if you do not have current joint pain. If you have shoulder pain or a weak shoulder/joint might want to consider 400/week as the "norm" dose you do not go over.

    Dbol is an oral. Most I read is 6 weeks for it. I have 30 grams of it in the closet and have not touched it yet. Still happy with test...it is the ultimate candy.

    Your cycle fails for 2 real reasons. No AI. Buy some exremestane and pop 25 a day to keep your Estrogen down. It prevents sides (Hypertension, blood pressure, etc) and also reduces water retention. You will be glad you did. Second reason is there is no PCT. Get your nuts working as soon as you can. I do not PCT due to HRT patient so read the stickies......

    So final answer. 500 test prop a week would give you far more than your proposed cycle in the gain department. Add your AI and PCT.

    Grow some skin. If you are in America everyone has a right to make choices and have opinions. Remember they are being responsible by saying...dont do it. You be responsible by reading and making an informed decision. Whatever your choice...Good Luck!

    Wow finally someone that gives his opinion !!!!!! it is not my first cycle and I have everything for my PCT and my AI. My friend sells gear so I already have Letrozole , Clomid, Nolvadex and Proviron . I also have some APL (hcg ). My coach is a 280 pounds bodybuilder and he gave me this cycle and I thought it was too low in dosage, I have a competition in April and he said this cycle would be bomb but I wasn't sure about the doses. Thank you for your reply man. I will consider it in my cycle.

    Running tren and only 200mg of test prop per week? Damn more like drop the tren and run 150 EOD test prop.

    The guys here gave you their opinion. Age is not a "non-important" piece of information. Did you read the link that derrek posted about The Yound and Steroids ? Age is a part of stats, and there's a reason you left it out. I don't think anyone on this thread honestly believes you are not 19; you could've made your profile just as fast by entering the correct information. And when you get immediately defensive about someone questioning it, it's another red flag that you're not being honest. And drop the attitude or you won't get any advice from anyone here, regardless of your age.

    Also, let's see pics of this 231 pounds and 13%bf.

    You guys criticize my age and shit i bet none of you is 231 pounds at 13%, so many dumb people on forums, thats why bodybuilders like my coach never go on forums. Im 25 why are u trying to make me admit an age i dont have... i dont have any attitude, im trying to get feedback from my cycle and some dumbass like you are just questionning my age. Even if I was 19, I would cycle and it would be none of your business. Why would I post a pic of myself if you guys cant even give an opinion on the cycle.

    Look at the number of the posts, i just came here for some opinions, I know a lot about AAS and I thought there would be more experienced user than me, but I was wrong... And Why the **** does my age matter, all IFBB pros started juicing at 16-17 and I'm 25, get over it plz ?

    Don't take it personal, once you're on this forum for awhile you'll learn to ignore the bashing and such but that's all part of it. I do have to agree with the pros juicing very young, they all started young l, they also had goals so it depends on the person. I did my first cycle at 18, wasn't the best decision but it did it anyways. Plan on competing in the next year or 2, so I will be cycling again soon, not the best idea at my age but I have goals to reach also. Then again most people on here would tell me that I can reach them without steroids , but nah no one competes without doing AAS, and I don't plan on doing "Natural" cough cough* bodybuilding. Anyways you're obviously going to cycle anyways so take all the advice you can and weigh out the good from the bad. Good luck. Another thing, if you are 19 or 25 or whatever make sure you build up a good base first and make sure your diet is 100%, I went from 160's to 192 in this last year naturally and built up a very very good base (most of the people I know think I'm on roids haha), because I learned how to diet like a pro. I gained way more then I did when I did my first cycle, your diet is everything. Literally.

    1. There are plenty of guys here who are well over 231 pounds and less than 13% bodyfat. The majority of them have more than 4 years of experience as well, so I wouldn't say they're "dumb" in this field.

    2. We obviously can't prove you're lying about your age, but the least you could do is post a picture of yourself now and another one when you were around 19 so we could compare the difference. Again, age is important when it comes to running AAS. Honestly, where does one stop? 15 year olds? 10 year olds? 25 years old is a good general rule of thumb where most males' growth plates close and their HPTA systems are fully developed. If you're going to run it anyway, then do it, but don't expect advice from respected members here when you immediately get defensive when someone questions your age. Believe it or not, they're looking out for YOU. If you have a bodybuilder for a coach, then why not just go ask him what you should do?

    3. One last word of advice: The sentence that is highlighted in bold is full of grammatical and spelling errors, which is pretty ironic considering you're calling ME a dumbass. I suggest you ponder over that if you have the mental capacity to do so.

    Too much drama I'm just gonna ask other people on another forum... I dont need to prove u anything dude I trained 4 years naturally and Im 231 at 13%, now come tell me i dont workout properly... I have grammar mistakes because I can speak 3 languages,but English is not my first language

    Now thanks for giving out your opinion on my cycle I will ask more experienced users than you.

    You have the right to start at 18years old, If you wanna become an IFBB pro and you have a goal in life, GO FOR IT !!! Dont listen to the losers on this forum, they wont become anything and they wont go far in bodybuilding since they criticize everyone and tell everyone that you need to be 25 years old to juice. Honestly they just want you not to succeed. There should be more people like you on forums. Im out of this forum now lol, ill just stick what my bodybuilder coach told me to do...

    OP, do as you wish. I may come off as someone you would consider a 'dick', but I'm actually just looking out for you. I don't care for your attitude (the one you say you don't have), but I truly hope you do not suffer from any health problems as a result of your decisions.

    On a side note, do the other 2 languages you speak not practice punctuation?
