    T3 and morning headache?

    All,
6 days into a T3 run and I need to find out if others run into morning headaches. This is my first time with it, and I started at the recommended dose of 50mcg which I take in the evening. I've got a bad memory, but it seems like at least 5 mornings came with a headache which was more noticable when standing up/moving around quickly. Tylenol always killed it, so I never thought too much more until now. In fact, I did 60mcgs last night and had one this morning.

I do not have a thermometer or blood pressure checker, I planned to just run it on the lower end and go by feel. But now, the headaches are concerning me. Anyone else run into this, am I dosing too high? Stop until I check my blood pressure?

Why do you take it at night?
I believe T3 should be taken in the first half of the day.

Received the package at night, and decided to start same day and keep dose around the same time. I also take magnesium citrate every morning, and I think someone here (maybe Austinite?) said it interfered with T3 absorption.

I can move it to the morning, but I didn't think headaches were normal regardless of when taken? I wanted to hear from others before continuing use, 50mcgs is not very high.

T3 half life is 8 hours (it says 1 day on google my endo says it's 8 hours). Take it in the morning.
