Lightbulb Tendon/Joint Repair Cycle (First) PLEASE help me, pros!

    Hey guys,

-20 years old, bf 10%, experience lifting

I just turned 20, was diagnosed with tendonitis in 4 places, and am very prone to injury genetically. I've been lifting for almost 4 years with a few breaks due to various injuries.

One of my personal trainers told me he hated how in was going broke paying for physical therapy and barely seeing any results. He recommend a very light but long cycle of Dbol and Anavar due to its collagen forming properties and just running it longer than a typical cycle due to the lower amount.

I plan on going full on with Nolva and Clomid as my PCT-May I have an opinion on the length and dose for these?

    Thank you for your time!

Rest is the only cycle proven. You have at least 5 years before touching juice

You're too young Swiss. Odd's are it will only F up your HPTA at an age when it's not fully developed quite yet. Look into things like MSM powder or TB500.

ps: you're trainer's an idiot and do not listen to him, at least regarding AAS.

I really appreciate the feedback! What about a very light cycle of test injections with full pct? Test rapidly accelerates healing from my research
Do you know of anything relatively safe? I'll take a small gamble like clomid only cycle (which is not a good idea from what I've read)

I agree completely to an extent, there's an inherit risk involved and from the other gentelman's comment, this cycle may not be the best. Your thoughts on light Test with both PCT's?

No, look into TB-500 and other peptides. They're known to have great healing properties. I'm 20 as well and currently using TB-500, I'm very injury prone with tendinitis in my knees/elbows and a fvcked shoulder currently. TB has definitely allowed me to go harder in the gym with less flaring up of the injuries.

TB500 is what I would recommend 1000%. I had MAJOR tendonitis and never thought it would go away. 8 weeks on TB and it's gone and it's been gone now for months. A cycle will most likely make it worse as you're lifting heavier weights causing more stress on the tendons.

Def. give TB500 a try. Best investment I EVER made.

If you have tendonitis in four places you need to recover from these injuries before you push harder otherwise you risk long term chronic issues. I think you also need to examine/modify your lifting routine and technique

you need to heal before keeping at it in the gym.

at a minimum, you need to avoid those routines that caused the trauma in the first place. and then once you are healed, take it easy still on those routines that caused the trauma. you have some tendon weakness and the strengthening process can take a year or two in the gym.

this is why, not saying you are doing this, but this is why we tell newbs no steroids until after 4 or 5 years in the gym. it takes that long for tendon strength to toughen up to the point where tendons can handle steroids.

TB500 sounds exactly like what I need. Constant niggling tendon injures, pinched nerves etc. So glad ive found about this. Research mode now on!

I have tendinitis in both elbows. I started using elbow wraps 3 weeks ago and I am just finishing my 3rd week of tb-500 and it has improved tremendously.

Amazing man. I’ve got tendon issues in both arms and a pinching nerve issue in my shoulder.

Do you recommend Sub Q in the belly to target everything or spot injections in the biceps for my tendon issues and delt for the shoulder issue ?

I’m thinking of doing 6mg week over 3 injections.
