    Hi guys, new to the forum and about to start a test c and dbol cycle just have a few questions before I start. Firstly I'm 32, 13st, 5'11 and around 22%bf Have been out of training for a while but want to get back into shape. Calorie intake of 3800 per day which is kept as clean as possible. I plan to workout 3 times a week on a 5x5 routine. The cycle I have is as follows:
    30md dbol ed Wk 1-4
    500mg test c. Wk 1-8
    Nova 20mg ed. wk 10-12
    Clomid 50mg ed. wk 10-12
    My questions are would I need to include an ai in this cycle? Or just keep some handy if needed And secondly is the pct sufficient for this cycle? I've done lot of research and seems to be mixed opinions to ai use. Thanks

    Sorry man but this is not what you want to hear:
    Steroids are not used to get "to get shape" diet and exercise is.
    Steroids are used when your natural potential has been reached and not as a short cut.

    I bet your from England like me, just a guess from using stone was a weight measurement.

    Like big man said above read through the stickeys.

    Your body fat is quite high to be fair, before starting a cycle I'd advise getting your BF down into the 15-18% area.

    I'd increase the routine at the GYM, try to push for 5 days a week and make the most of that membership.

    Also I wouldn't include Methandrostenolone into your first cycle, just stick with the test. I'm a bit stumped to as why your calorie intake is so high with little GYM routine, that may be why your BF is so high--you're unable to burn it off.

    Edit - I see you said you 'plan' to work out 3 times a week, which gives me the impression you may be doing less. Up the GYM type, get a solid base, drop some fat, read the threads then re-post about a cycle mate.
