Seeking advice 34 yr old lacks energy
Hello everyone I know I'll probably get flamed for this thread. But I need to ask some questions.
I just turned 34 I played a high school sports, I'm 6 foot graduated high school at 185and over the past 15 years ive gained weight and then lost it so now I'm 6 foot 215 I work in the oil fields in Colorado and my muscles burn just from walking up 20 stairs to get to the tops of my oil tanks I can't breath very good once I make it there and lack energy.
I get full night sleeps I eat mostly tuna non salted nuts of different varieties I drink mostly water and unsweetend ice teas I also drink juices not from concentrate. The bread I eat is multi grain 45 cal per slice I eat oranges bananas and apples for breakfast so if I eat pretty clean even eat my salads without dressing. I wouldn't say I'm fat but I'd defently say I have a few extra pounds in me.
I've been talking with my friends that lift ( I do not ) and they said try some gear... I told them I don't have the energy to lift or work out nor could I breath to run or walk long distance their response is steroids give you energy. That's alli need is the jump start of energy and I would be in the gym with them.
I also take Prozac daily at 60mg to help with my getting old and fat bs.
Any help would be appreciated.

I would say you need motivation. Gear won't get you in the car and drive you to the gym. Get in a routine. Get in shape then try out gear. Just my 2 cents. I think u need to be in the habit of the gym or it's a waste.

I agree with you motivation to go to the gym is low after a 14 hour work day with no energy to speak of in the first place. I plan on doing my workouts in the field with my hammers and pull-ups and push-ups not really looking to get huge just have more energy and get my high school body back. Once I get back into it I'll have the motivation or at least I think I will.

I was in same boat. I just forced myself to change. Maybe get your test levels checked and if they are low get a script. Plus blood work might shed light on why your tired. Do you take vitamins?

I was taking Russian bear for awhile but I get all my nutrients from the foods I eat now. I mix it up a lot to make sure I get the things my body needs. Btw the tuna I eat is straight from the pack no mayo or anything else. I've had blood work done it comes back good. My test is "normal" I'm guessing for my age but extra test is never a bad thing, right? I'm a naturally hyper guy with a good metabolism but for the past 4 years just been like, blaaa. Was thinking gear up in the morning before work then while at work do my mini workouts until I get my streangth back.. I'm guessing by your response this isn't how it works?

I don't agree with it. Sounds like you need to get out of the rut. I started off by getting a personal trainer for a month to get my confidence back. I now come home from 5am-5pm work cook for me wife and 2 kids then all 4 of us go straight to gym by 6. Seriously try to get a routine before you get on. Maybe others will chime in.

why would you take gear if u don't lift. trt is for people with low test you could get your test levels checked.

Doc says test level is " normal" . Would just a good estrogen blocker be good?

Sounds like to me you may have low testosterone , probably due to over working and not enough rest and nutrition . My opinion is to get your bloods checked and if the numbers come back low you will see where you are at then. If so , go to the option to get on a HRT to level you out .
For a full AAS cycle ,I don't think the investment would be worth it at the moment ... Good luck to you

excersizing increases testosterone and energy levels all you got to do is go to the gym then simple things like climbing those stairs will be a breeze. just like everyone els said you need motivation set some goal and get yourself into the gym have your friend that's lift help you for a couple weeks if you don't know what your doing. don't just jump to trt without trying ways to naturaly boost test level that would be stupid GET IN THE GYM!

also dont listen to your friend you don't run multiple compounds on a first cycle abd no you don't need a estrogen blocker before you try anything start lifting
